That's why Roush decided to overhaul your aggressive 2018-2026 F150 5.0L's air system with their awesome Cold Air Intake Kit. The Roush F150 5.0L Cold Air Intake improves intake airflow over stock, which helps your F150's 5.0L V8 make new levels of horsepower and torque while also improving throttle response and fuel economy. The Roush Cold Air Intake Kit is a complete replacement for your factory intake and drops right into place of stock without the need for any drilling, trimming or permanent modifications to your F150. The intake even comes with a reusable open-air element air filter that saves you money in the long run and has easier maintenance than oiled filters.

The 2018-2026 F150 5.0L Roush Cold Air Intake Kit was carefully designed and engineered by Roush to deliver excellent fitment and performance results for your truck. Each intake is built around a open-air, conical air filter that features a larger surface area than stock to draw in more charge air than stock. The filter is paired up with a 105mm MAF housing and a complete inlet tube assembly that connects directly to your F150's throttle body to ensure the charge air brought in by the filter makes it to your F150's motor. The filter is protected by a full injection-molded air box assembly with a CAD designed lip so that it completely seals with your F150's hood to help prevent heat soak. The kit is topped off with high-quality EPDM couplers for all of its connections as well as all the hardware necessary for installation. Roush backs their cold air intake kit with a 3-year/36,000 mile warranty.

2024 F150

Was not real impressed with the fit of this product lots of gaps and have to reuse stock snorkel. Very poorly made product from Roush. Truck responds better and improved sound quality, but I think I would have purchased from another manufacturer than roush! Would not buy again.

This intake fits all trim level F150 with the 5.0 coyote engines including the 2025 Tremor trim. Roush does not list a guarantee HP number like most manufaturers, but you will see an increase in throttle response with the increase in intake flow, and with proper tuning could see a good bumper in HP/torque numbers along with a more aggressive sound.

Will installing the intake negate the factory warranty?

You will no longer have warranty from Ford on the intake as you removed that part, but installing aftermarket parts does not allow Ford to void your entire warranty.

Why is there a slight gap between filter box and air intake snorkel opening? I would of thought it would be sealed tighter.

Both the front dirty air intake and fender inlet secure snugly into the lower intake box and the front front dirty air (scoop) secures to the box with screws just like it does on the factory lower air box so there should be no gaps.

Nope. This intake does not require tuning.
