The dual-rear exit stock exhaust and the more shapely rear bumper of the 2017-2021 Ford Raptors makes it a challenge to mount up rear-facing lights to act as reverse or work light lights, but our friends over at Baja Designs found a way with their S2 Reverse Light Kit. Designed specifically for the 2017-2021 Ford Performance Raptors, Baja Design's S2 Reverse Light Kit comes with a pair of Baja Designs S2 Sport off-road LED lights, bolt-on brackets, and a complete wiring harness that's designed to tap into your Raptor's taillight reverse bulb wiring. Ford Raptor '18

As advertised, Easy to install. Connects into the rear lights and they power up when in reverse. Adds good visibility when backing up. If you want more than just additional back up light, go with bigger (3' square) lights.

SUPER bright for such small lights. Installer said they went on easily. Fit where they are supposed to. I'm happy.

2017 Raptor

The product itself is great. However the installation was difficult to say the least. The reason for this was due to the incorrect hardware supplied in the kit. The mounting screws that mount the light to the bracket were allen head screws instead of hex head bolts. The issue with the allen head screws was the is little to no room to put a allen wrench into the head of the screw due to the close proximity of the tailpipe. To top it off the pictures in the instruction document show hex head bolts which are easy to tighten. I purchased the correct hardware elsewhere in order to mount the lights. You get two stars because of the difficult mounting.

2020 Raptor

Exactly what I was hoping for. These high powered lights come on whenever I am in reverse. I did not add them to my switch bank (limited room). Highly recommended. I went to a 4x4 accessory installer to get these installed. My Ford dealer could not figure out proper installation.

A must if you have tinted windows, super easy install, was able to hook it up to my AUX switch with a little modification.

2020 Raptor

Absolutely love these. Installer said installation was easy, with the lights turning on when the truck is in reverse. Perfect amount of light for road and parking lot use. Highly recommended.

Will this work on a standard F150? I understand we might have to make some custom brackets being bumpers are different.

As long as you're willing to modify/get new brackets, then you can likely get the kit to work just fine. The wiring does not really matter.

What are the dimensions of the lights in the kit? Does it come with instructions to either connect to directly to the tail lights or to the upfitter switches?

Each S2 measures 2.93" x 1.76" x 1.68". Baja Designs includes basic wiring instructions.

Yep. The wiring harness included in this kit is specifically designed to tap into your truck's factory upfitter switches.

The included wiring harness is actually designed to tap into the factory reverse light wiring, which causes the S2s to come on automatically when you put your truck in reverse.

Which model of the Baja Designs S2 comes with this kit? The S2 Pro or S2 Sport. If it is the Sport model is the S2 Pro model available? Also which lens model is it (flood/work model or other) Thanks.
