Customer Answer No, this intake does not delete the MAF or MAP sensor. You would still continue to use them as they are installed.

Customer Question Can this filter be cleaned? Or does the whole filter need to be replaced? Also do you offer the extra rubber sealant that goes on the box to seal completely off from the hot engine bay?

Customer Answer The filter included in this kit can be cleaned and reused. Airaid includes the upper air box seal for your Taurus, and there's usually a bit extra that needs to be trimmed. If you're looking for additional sealing capability, then you'd need a custom solution.

Customer Question Does this cold air intake and a cat back exhaust needs the computer reprogramming?

Customer Answer Nope. Neither of those mods individually or used together will require a a PCM tuning for proper function.

Customer Question your CARB# only shows the 2010-2012 Taurus SHO on the list. When will it be updated to show the 2013 SHO for PN 451-260?

Customer Answer That's all dependent on how fast the Air Resources Board gets through with their testing for the newer model years and issues a new or revised EO Number for the 2013 to 2014 Taurus SHOs. Unfortunately, it's all in CARB's ballpark right now and out of Airaid's hands.
