The kit comes with wiring leads and quick-taps that hook into your stock wiring. No additional relays or switches are required.

Will this kit be compatible with the 2015 F150 Lariat equipped with factory LED headlights?

Yep. The kit is compatible with both LED and Halogen headlight options, as their wiring is not dependent on the headlights.

Will this fit on a xl base model grill?

It will physically fit, though I'm not 100% sure if Starkey includes information on which set of L-bracket holes to use with the XL grilles.

I have a 2016 F150 Lariat (not the led headlights) which one of this 2 led lights will be the best for me.... 2015-2017 F150 Starkey Products Raptor-Style Grille Light Kit? Or the 2015-2017 F150 with Lariat Grille Raptor Style LED Amber Grille Light Kit?

Honestly, we've used both and there's not a huge difference between either kit. Neither is a bad choice.
