AFE BladeRunner Charged Air Manifold System

The new Bladerunner Charged Air Manifold kit for the popular 6.0L Powerstroke is constructed of cast A356-T6 aluminum and features the patented MDV (Multiple Directional Vane) technology which helps increase intake velocity for increased flow, lower EGTs, improved MPG and faster turbo spool up times. The Bladerunner Charged Air Manifold has been dyno-proven to increase air flow by up to 15%. By improving torque in the lower end, the Bladerunner gives your Super Duty the edge when it comes to towing and other performance applications.

Easy, Bolt-On Installation

This is a direct bolt-on system which is constructed of premium-grade aluminum as well as stainless steel hardware and replaces the more restrictive factory stock intake system. The MDV technology increases air flow, lowers exhaust gas temperatures and gives your engine better turbo spool-up. This kit includes a turbo flange O-ring, mounting hardware, brackets and detailed instructions for an easy installation. These manifolds are given a black powder-coated finish and also come with 1/8" NPT ports so you can easily use nitrous, gauges or testing probes.
