Your Powerstroke's turbocharger is what makes your 6.0L V8 pump out so much power, but you can get even more out of your 2003 to 2007 F250 or F350 by improving airflow with an upgraded intercooler tube. aFe's 3" Bladerunner Cold-Side Intercooler Tube brings a solid bump in performance and a reduction in EGTs by improving airflow from your truck's intercooler into its intake manifold. The Bladerunner Cold-Side Tube has a larger diameter and smoother bends than stock, which reduces the amount of back pressure and restrictions in your intake stream, leading to a larger volume of air flowing into your engine at a higher velocity for increased power and lower EGTs.

3" Diameter Aluminum Tubing with Smooth Bends

The aFe Bladerunner Cold-Side Intercooler Tube drops right into place of your stock cold-side tube without any modifications and without any required tuning. The Cold-Side Tube is made out of 3" diameter mandrel-bent aluminum which is larger than stock and features smoother bends that lower resistance and back pressure for more efficient airflow. Each tube features a black wrinkle powder coat finish for extra corrosion resistance.
