The aFe Bladerunner series of performance intercoolers have been some of the most popular intercoolers in the diesel world for a very long time, and they've finally made the jump over to the EcoBoost F150s so that the 3.5L V6 under the hood of your 2013 to 2014 F150 puts out even more horsepower and torque while supporting all of your truck's other performance modifications. aFe's F150 EcoBoost Bladerunner Intercooler features a high-quality design and comes loaded with handy features that makes it a leaps and bounds improvement over the factory intercooler and can help minimize and completely eliminate the infamous condensation issues that plague the factory intercoolers. The Bladerunner intercooler's unique core design provide a drastic drop in IATs to allow your F150's EcoBoost V6 to churn out power and torque at its peak efficiency. The intercooler bolts on right in place of stock and is compatible with aFe's Bladerunner Charge Pipe for maximum performance.

Aluminum Bar-Plate Intercooler Design with 3" Core

The aFe EcoBoost Bladerunner Intercooler features a highly efficient bar-pate design that is far more effective at dissipating charge air heat than the stock intercooler's standard tube and fin design. The intercooler has a big, 3" core design that's fed by inlet tubes that utilize a unique Multi-Directional Vane (MDV) design that directs inbound charge air evenly over the entire intercooler core for improved efficiency. All of these different design elements come together to give the aFe Bladerunner intercooler 20% better flow than the stock intercooler while being over 95% efficient overall. The intercooler has TIG-welded aluminum end tanks with dual 2.25" inlet ports and a single 3" outlet port that fits your truck's factory charge piper or aFe's Bladerunner charge pipe.

Feature's Fitting for Draining Condensation or Adding a Breather

This version of aFe's Bladerunner intercooler comes standard with a built-in port that accepts your 2013 and 2014 F150's remote-mounted eBOV without modifications. To further reduce the chances of condensation build-up, aFe includes a built-in 1/8" NPT breather vent that drains moisture build-up from the intercooler. The breather can also be blocked off with an included plug if you're already running catch cans or other upgrades. The Bladerunner F150 EcoBoost intercooler is a direct, drop-in replacement for stock and comes with instructions and all the hardware you need.

For 2013 and 2014 F150 EcoBoosts Only: this version of aFe's Bladerunner intercooler will only fit 2013 and 2014 model year F150 EcoBoosts, and does has a provision for the remote-mounted eBOV of the 2013 and 2014 F150s. A version for the 2011 and 2012 F150s without an eBOV port is also available.
