The intercooler's hot-side opening features larger inlet ports which reduces restrictions and back pressure for much more efficient airflow over stock. The intercooler itself is an aluminum bar-plate design that offers more effective cooling ability than stock at speed. Each Bladerunner intercooler has a highly-efficient core design with a larger volume and more efficient flow path than stock. The cold side outlet is positioned nearly in line with the hot-side which further improves airflow into the cold-side tube assembly which is a larger diameter than stock and more efficiently shaped to promote smooth airflow. Each intercooler comes standard with a provision for your F150's eBOV as well as breather port and 1/8" NPT port for the easy setup of water-meth systems.
