The Banks Monster kit features larger tubing and a revised muffler design that gets your 6.0L-powered Excursion a deep, thundering roar all while improving air flow so that your big SUV sees some nice gains in performance. The Banks Monster Kit installs right in place of your Excursion's factory cat-back exhaust kit and is made with the quality and care that you'd expect from the folks over at Banks Power.

4" Diameter Tuning with a Straight-Through Muffler and 5" Tip

The Banks Monster Kit uses larger and more efficiently designed tubing to improve airflow out of your truck's engine, as well as an aggressively-tuned muffler that gives your Excursion a great, new sound. Banks builds their Monster Kit around 4" diameter tubing with a step-down flange to hook into your trucks' factory exhaust system. All of the tubing is carefully mandrel-bent to ensure improved outflow over stock with minimal back pressure. The muffler included with the Monster Kit features a straight-through design that provides a noticeable increase in sound volume without generating any rasp or drone at cruising speeds. The system has a clean, deep rumble that makes your Excursion sound more aggressive without wrecking your daily ride. The entire system is made out of 409 stainless steel and comes topped off with your choice of either a polished or black 5" tip embossed with the Banks Power Logo.
