aFe's ATLAS series of performance cat-back exhaust systems are designed from the ground up to give your powerful F150 EcoBoost a massive sound at a nice, low price point. The aFe ATLAS kit combines 4" diameter tubing with an extra-short straight-through muffler design to give your 2011 to 2014 F150's 3.5L EcoBoost engine just enough sound dampening to get rid of high-pitched noises while still allowing maximum exhaust flow and a deep sound to come out of your awesome truck. The aFe ATLAS exhaust kit is out-and-out aggressive and gives you and your truck the bare bones ingredients for getting improved horsepower, torque, and sound while keeping its price low. Despite its large tubing and unique muffler design, the aFe ATLAS kit is designed to install right in place of the factory cat-back exhaust system on trucks with 145", 157", or 163" wheelbases.

Large-Diameter Tubing with High-Flow Muffler

aFe builds their EcoBoost ATLAS cat-back exhaust system out of 4" mandrel-bent tubing that provides a larger outlet and smoother flow path than your truck's factory crimped exhaust system, which reduces back pressure and restrictions for excellent performance gains. The large tubing is paired up with a specially-designed straight-through muffler with a very short length that gives the kit an awesome roar without restricting flow. The ATLAS system is topped off by a mean black 304 stainless steel exhaust tip with the aFe logo to give your truck a great look. The tubing and muffler is all made out of aluminized steel which keeps the price of the kit down while making it suitable for milder climates.

This cat-back exhaust kit deletes your factory resonator for a more aggressive tone.

2011 F150 Ecoboost

I went with the alumized version because I don't plan to need an exhaust that lasts ten years. The kit came really quick and was packaged well. Beware it is a huge box. The workmanship is top notch and everythin was included. it installed in less than an hour with very little effort. The sound is great, it is not a V8 so don't expect it to sound like one. It has a deep rumble on start and stays pretty low tone for the most part. It definitley makes the truck more snappy. I got about 2 MPG back I lost from the 35's I am running. I tow a 7000 lb travel trailer and the mileage and power carried over to towing.

2014, Ford, F-150 EcoBoost

- Lets start by saying the shipping and handling was great as well as the fact that I got the exhaust within a couple days of ordering. - I was able to install the exhaust within about 1 hour just lying in my driveway and it only took a couple tools namely a 12mm and 14mm socket wrenches. - After the install and initial start-up I check for leaks and was pretty excited with the way it sounded. However, after that my excitement quickly dwindled. During the first road test in the first 5 minutes I kept the RPMs below 2k and it sounded good however when you go above 2k RPMs my ECOBeast sound like an annoying import tuner. The droning in the cab is enough to make you want to let off the gas every time witch I guess is good because it will help me save gas but I bought the exhaust to have a good throaty tone to it. - In the end I don't think I would recommend this exhaust unless you are looking for something fairly inexpensive that will give you a little more sound coming from your exhaust. Just don't be fooled by the sound bites posted on the internet because it sounds completely different in person. - My overhaul rating was a 2/5 but in reality stage3 gets a 5/5 for support and quickness of shipping and the exhaust gets a 5/5 for the quality of manufacturing and ease of install. I just give the end result a 0/5 because I don't like the end sound of the truck at all.

2011 F-150 Ecoboost

I recently purchased this exhaust, and i must say i love it! I am by far a V-8 fan and i miss the sound so bad, but this exhaust makes that little V-6 growl. It has a very nice deep idle and an aggressive acceleration. If you're looking for more turbo noise like i was, this gives you a little more, especially at idle. It kind of reminds you of a diesel when your idling around. It also makes the truck come alive faster and has more bottom end torque. As for when it really gets into the turbos, its hard to tell because i already have a programmer on the truck and it just lays you back and screams! You wont be disappointed with this exhaust system!

2014 F-150 Limited

The Atlas 4 Cat Back Exhaust Kit made my $50,000 Ford ecoboost sound like a sports car. It's a bit louder in the cab than I thought it would be. The sound doesn't match the style of truck. I'm looking at alternatives. Maybe add a 4 resonator to dampen the higher pitches....

2014 f150 ecoboost

Great product. Installed in about 45 minutes, spent more time removing the old exhaust than installing the new. Fit perfect looks and sounds great for a v6. It's easier to jack up the body of the truck a couple of inches and you can remove the entire exhaust system in one piece.

2013 ford f150 ecoboost

I absolutely love this exhaust. It was really easy for me to install by myself with no lift. This system has a great tone to it when you get into the throttle and is really quiet when idling. With this exhaust alone my gas mileage went up about 1.5 miles per gallon. I would reccommend this exhaust to others looking for exhausts for their ecoboost. AFE alumnized 4' cat back system with a black tip

2013 ecoboost f150

Way to high pitched for a truck. Think of that neighborhood 16 year old with the v6 after the exhaust fell off. Not much diffrent. I can't hear the turbo any more then before. The six gear heads waiting to hear it after installed was reminded of a 1996 tarous SHO. Don't waist your time or money. The noise in the cab is louder then my old 5.3 dual.

2014 f150 fx4 Ruby Red

received it really fast. Easy install took me 45min. loud but sounds good. if your looking for a v8 noise to bad you bought a v6 but it does have a great sound at idle and low rpm but it has that v6 sound at higher rpm. but i love it just what i was looking for.

2014 Ford F-150 Ecoboost

This exhaust is awesome! Very nice deep idle with a solid turbo sound, then slow acceleration it rumbles but when you get on it, it barks pretty good! No popping or backfiring. Slight drone when cruising past 60mph but nothing to bad. Installation took 45min with the truck on jacks. Very pleased.

Yep. This cat-back will bolt on to the SPD downpipes and any other bolt-on replacement downpipes without issues.

What is the most aggressive exhaust for a 2012 f150 ecoboost supercab 6.5 foot bed?

Is there any difference in performance and sound between this exhaust and the Mach Force XP?

There's not a huge difference in performance, but the Mach Force XP kit is less aggressive than the ATLAS Kit and causes less drone at cruising speed.

I was looking on another site and it said this was not legal for sale in california. Not sure I understand how a CAT BACK system would need a carb approval and I dont see that it's only 48 state legal on yours. Can you guys ship here to california on this one?

We can ship this kit to California. The kit doesn't effect emissions equipment and doesn't require tuning, so it is legal for street use in California without needing a specific CARB EO number.

Any gains from a cat-back kit are going to be pretty minor. Maybe 5-10 peak horsepower. A cat-back kit should really only be looked at as a sound/aesthetic modification.

will this exhaust void my ford lifetime warranty? I know in order for it to void my warranty it has to replace the catalytic converters, does this exhaust do this?

This kit does not effect the function of your truck's catalytic converters and is installed after the mid-pipe as a cat-back system. Basic bolt-on parts like cat-back kits generally have no effect on your warranty. However, all warranty decisions are up to individual dealerships, and it's best to talk to your service advisor directly about any concerns you have.

if I get this exhaust would the down pipes make a difference or will the stock pipes work fine?

You could see a benefit using this cat-back exhaust kit in conjunction with downpipes, and will probably pick up some extra power and torque over the stock cat-back kit. However, a lot of your gains will have to do with your custom tuning what fuel octane you're running.

Will this fit my four door ?

This kit will fit four-door SuperCrew cabs with both a 145" (5.5ft bed) and 157" (6.5ft bed) wheelbase. The kit will bolt right on to 145" wheelbases, while some minor cutting will be required for the 157" models.

Tuning would not be needed with your setup but it would make the truck run better and bring the true performance of the Ecoboost to the surface along with improving economy as well.

This kit will fit your trucks 157" wheel base, you will need to follow the instructions and make a small cut in the mid-pipe provided that will be detailed in the installation instruction provided. As to border duties if this is shipped outside the country any and all charges or fees would need to be paid.
