aFe's MACHForce XP Cat-Back Exhaust kit gives your 5.0L F150 the best bang for your buck out of just about any other 2011 to 2014 F150 5.0L cat-back exhaust system in our extensive inventory. This kit gives your truck a nice, hearty exhaust note while adding some horsepower, torque, and fuel mileage thanks to its more efficient and larger diameter design over your truck's factory cat-back kit. aFe's F150 5.0L cat-back kit outflows your factory exhaust system by up to 53%, giving your truck up to an extra 8 horsepower and 7 lb-ft of torque at its tires. The cat-back bolts on right in place of your 5.0L F150's stock cat-back system and features a factory-style side exit design with a larger tip for a great look.

Features 3" Diameter 409 Stainless Steel Tubing

The aFe MACHForce XP system is made from 409 stainless steel and is one of the least expensive stainless steel exhaust systems we offer. All of the kit's tubing is 3" in diameter and is all mandrel-bent to provide a larger and more efficient outlet for your exhaust gasses and reduce back pressure and restrictions. The kit bolts right up to your truck's factory mid-pipe and comes with a huge 4" 304 polished stainless steel exhaust tip that adds an aggressive, custom look to your F150. aFe's kit comes with high-quality clamps, hardware, and detailed instructions to make install as easy as possible.

This cat-back exhaust kit deletes your factory resonator for a more aggressive tone.

This exhaust sounds mean as hell I'm obsessed with it. Just be sure if you order it take a trip to the harware store and pick up atleast 2 M10 nuts and lock washers. Also the directions that came with the afe said that it was a bolt on for my 145 wheel base but I still had to cut 12 off the mid pipe because it's really only bolt on for the 157 wheel base. AFE kind of dropped the ball here but I have to say the guys over here at stage3 are the best in the business and I will always come to stage three first from now on.

2011 F150 FX4 SuperCab 5.0

Great exhaust. Easy install except for you need two M10x 1.5 nuts to secure the ball flange. Other than that pretty straightforward install. Sounds good with open throttle and quite while cruising. I painted mine with high temp paint because 409 stainless will corrode overtime.

Awesome! Love the sound. Sounds good when you get on it but quiet enough to not send off car alarms. You will need to cut the midpipe but other than that it's pretty much bolt on.

2013 f150 5.0

I am very happy with my purchase has a very good sound can be quiet but when you get on it it really sounds mean and that exhaust tip gives it a clean powerful look I also paired it with a roush cold air intake it gives it a great sound very happy with it.

2013 f-150

The sound is excellent but that's about the only good thing to say about it, the exhaust kit didn't come with the correct hardware to bolt the mid pipe to the y-pipe so ended up stopping in the middle of the project to go to lowes and get something that would work since it doesn't use the original bolting, on top of that after I got the flange bolted up the ball and cup fit didn't match up on the y-pipe to mid pipe, so bolted it together as close as possible and had to weld the fit so there was no exhaust leak anymore, would advise to try another kit unless you're willing to do all that and be prepared to cut with a saws all. Hope this was helpful.

2012 Ford F150 FX4 Crew

Great mellow exhaust. Just what u wanted. Luke other high flow exhausts, it does creat a drone between 1750 and 2200 RPM. I installed a J Pipe off the front and it eliminated the annoying frequency at that rpm range. Fit and finish are excellent. It does require you to cut one pipe to fit but not a big deal.

2013 F-150 SuperCrew 5.0

The build quality is great, as expected with aFe products. Exhaust sounds amazing! I wanted an exhaust that was a deep rumble and noticeable but not be too loud or drone excessively for longer drives. Sound is amazing from inside and outside the truck with mild drone when under partial throttle around 2,800-3,000rpm. Would definitely recommend getting this exhaust!

Is there any issues bolting this to the factory y-pipe? Isn't it a 2.5" pipe from the y to a 3"? Won't there be issues connecting at the flange?

Nope. The cat-back is stepped at the Y-pipe connection to fit the 2.5" diameter of the stock mid-pipe.

This kit is not currently available with a black tip option, though we hope that changes here in the near future. aFe does have a black tip available separately, however.

All of aFe's 5.0L Mach FORCE XP kits are manufactured in Corona, California. PCM tuning is not required for this kit, or any other F150 5.0L cat-back exhaust kit.
