Incredible Performance Gains From An aFe EcoBoost Exhaust

Already the proven masters at engineering cold air intakes and other high-performance components for your F150 EcoBoost, aFe has unleashed their powerful new MACH Force XP Cat-Back Exhaust System. By ditching your restrictive factory stock exhaust and replacing it with aFe's Cat-Back Exhaust, you'll see a brutal, new sound and mild performance gains. The MACH Force XP Cat-Back Exhaust System is constructed of 4" 409 stainless steel which is mandrel-bent to create smooth curves. The increased diameter of this exhaust system helps remove restriction and keeps exhaust gas flowing smoothly for increased horsepower and torque. The system is finished off with a aggressive black 304 stainless steel, rolled slash cut tip for an aggressive style.

Aggressive Sound & Increased Performance

This MACH Force XP Exhaust System uses high quality OE-style flange and band clamps for a complete 360-degree sealing surface, eliminating leak paths. A straight-through designed, free-flowing stainless steel muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all the horsepower and torque your EcoBoost is capable of creating. The MACH Force XP Exhaust System's 4" mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing creates smooth transition bends for low turbulence, increased flow, and greater efficiency.

Easy Installation: This exhaust kit comes complete with a free-flowing muffler, tubing, OE style bayonet hangers, band clamps and all hardware necessary for a hassle-free installation.

Tip Options: This exhaust kit includes two options for your tip: Using the drop-down menu above, choose between a Powder-Coated Black Tip or a Polished Stainless Steel Tip.

Wheelbase Fitment: according to aFe, this cat-back will only fit 145", 157", and 163" wheelbases. It will not fit shorter wheelbases without custom modifications.

This cat-back exhaust kit deletes your factory resonator for a more aggressive tone.

AFE 4 Exhaust

The fitment was perfect. The sound is very nice under WOT but yet NO drone cruising at 70. I also love the use of the band clamps provided with the kit.

2013 F150 Ecoboost Supercrew

Very nice quality exhaust, was packed very well, no issues. Instructions were very clear, no problems with removal of old system.Take your time on the install, fiddle around carefully getting everything in place before tightening. Now, that is the one place where I think this kit could do better.....the band clamps. I was unable to tighten the tailpipe clamp enough to keep it from rotating, so I ended up replacing both band clamps with regular muffler clamps....not a big issue. When done, you will like the sound, and it has NO drone in cab. DEF pulls harder thru the gears, has a mellow rumble without being obnoxious. Next for me is a tuner!

2013 F-150

Quality of the kit was excellent. Easiest exhaust kit to instal that I have done. Completed in under 90 mins. Drove my truck up on some high blocks, removed stock exhaust without cutting, and installed this kit. Best sound you will get out of an Ecoboost and the power gains a great. First thing I did was a nice burnout after installation.

2013 Ford F 150 XLT 3.5 EcoBoost

Easy Installation after figuring the best way to install. Removing old system takes longer than Installing new one if you are working on the floor with just the rear axle on jack stands. Sounds GREAT! no drone or not too loud when cruising. When you open the throttle it comes to life. You can feel the Increase in Torque and HP. Quality of system and hardware appears to be premium. Only a few hand tools needed. Recommend lubing stock rubber hangers with grease or spray lube. Makes the installation Much Much Easier!

2013 Ford F-150

I bought the AFE Mach Force exhaust looking for performance and a little growl to the truck. I am happy with the product. It is built really well and sounds good. I did add a resonator to keep any drone noise under control. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to boost their Ecoboost. ~Casey

2014 F150 Supercrew FX4

When I ordered this exhaust it was a Saturday night, and it showed up Thursday. On top of the fast shipping the exhaust was the most easiest things i have ever installed. The hardest part was getting the old exhaust off which all together took about 45 minutes so thats not bad at all. If you are looking for an exhaust that is loud but worried about disturbing your neighborhood this exhaust is honestly perfect. It has a low tone when you start it up which you can hear but it isn't extremely loud. However when you put the throttle down it roars like a sob, so you'll definitely be noticed. As far a performance goes, i honeslty think it added about 1.5 more to my mpg which is great. Not only that but you can actually feel the difference between the stock and this exhaust, the truck rides more smoothly between gear shifts and you can feel how much power it has with this exhaust. I would honestly buy this exhaust over just about any other exhaust. Between the performance, quality, sound, and installation this is now a no brainer. I'd buy this exhaust over again.

2012 Ecoboost F-150 FX4

This exhaust is not too good to be true, it rocks. The price is right and performance is stellar. Great looking kit for the truck too, I get a lot of head turning from the look and sound. Super easy to install, and if you ever run into an issue call Stage3 and ask for Lou. There is no other place to buy performance parts, especially if you care about great customer service and guys who love to answer questions.

2014 F150 Super Crew FX4 Ecoboost 3.5L Twin Turbo

First things first, this exhaust is amazing. I love the sound. The harder you step on the gas pedal the louder it is. The 4 exhaust tip is beautiful and huge, as big as a diesel tip but I like that. As far as gas mileage goes I really cant say yet, it has not went down or up. You will find yourself getting on it more just to hear the awesome sound it makes. The shop installed it in a little over an hour and said it was the easiest aftermarket exhaust they have ever installed. One note to make is you loose the flex pipe part of the stock exhaust so only time will tell how it holds up going over bumps. No drone to speak of at 65 or 70 unless you are going up hills. You can definitely tell this exhaust adds horsepower, super fast taking off and really surprised me how much better the truck performs now. I highly recommend this exhaust, you wont be disappointed.
