This Large Bore-HD exhaust system is specially designed with inter-cooled tailpipes which helps reduce overall exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe. It is also hand mig-welded with smooth transition bends that allow for low turbulence and increasing both horsepower and torque. This system also incorporates a mitered merge collector to eliminate any dead space that can cause turbulence or hinder any sort of flow. Part of this design utilizes 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow and durability.

Easy Bolt-On Installation Process With Minimal Cutting

The installation process requires no cutting due to the fact utilizes all factory mounting locations that provide stability, Be sure to consult the detailed instruction manual that comes with this system for further information regarding cab configurations that are specific to your truck. Included with purchase are OE-style bayonet hangers which are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions.
