Upgrade your Super Duty's exhaust with this awesome system from aFe Power. Constructed from 409 Stainless Steel, this product is designed specifically for your truck utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology. Another part of this kit is a tuned helmholtz regulator that helps to provide better sound quality. At the back of this kit is a dual 4-1/2in diameter black exhaust tips that are created for 304 stainless steel exhaust clamp-on tips. aFe Power completely MIG-welded this product for a good race-proven strength and durability. This system also has a really easy installation process. This system utilizes a factory style flange and hangers which makes it a direct bolt on system. The fact it is a bolt-on system means that there is no cutting or modifications that are required for installation.

2020 f250 7.3

Really wakes up the 7.3 loud start up and loud when you get on the gas but mellows down once your at cruising speed. So far no noticeable drone in the cab

Easy install. Sound is Aggressive and what I wanted. Cab drone is present. 2000 RPM highway speeds a little annoying

Will this kit be available for a 2024 F250 7.3L short bed , Supercab anytime soon?

aFe will most likely have parts available for the 2024 model fitment in the near future. We would not have a timeline on when they will have them out as we are not the manufacturer, but typically you will start seeing fitment updates within a few months of the model year.

Will the aFe Power Rebel Series 3" 409 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System (Black Tip) 49-43117-B fit on my 2022 F250 7.3 that is a supercab with an 8 ft bed. The length of the cab to bed should be the same for all supercab yes? With the exhaust coming out in front of the rear wheel it come out at the same spot on the truck just a little more in front of the rear wheel.

According to aFe, this cat-back will only fit SuperCrew cabs with a 6.75ft bed, and it's not guaranteed to fit a SuperCab with an 8ft bed. That being said, it's likely that a competent exhaust shop could probably modify this kit to fit your truck.

This kit will likely result in some amount of drone due to the more forward tip location. We have not tried this kit ourselves, so we can't give you any strict guarantees.
