Can these be plugged into the factory fog light connections to replace the fog lights on the 2022 f250 lariat led? Is there any special wiring or splicing required?

Not out of the box. If your 2022 Super Duty has LED fog lights, you'll need to do some custom wiring. If your 2022 has halogen headlights, you can use Starkey's H10 to Deustch Adapters to make them work.

How is the install of these on a 2012 F150 for somebody with no wiring knowledge or experience? Like will any wire cutting or crimping be needed? And it looks like it comes with a switch, how is that installed?

These lights come with a universal foot mount, so as long as you're willing to drill, you can mount them just about anywhere. That being said, we have plenty of off-road light mounts that make putting these on your truck a lot easier. As for wiring, the harness included with the lights is pretty simple and comes with both an in-line fuse and switch so no additional splicing is required, unless you want to tie them into one of your factory lighting switches (i.e. fog lights). You will need to drill someplace on your cab to mount the cherry switch, but it's pretty minor and there's a lot of places to keep the switch fairly low-key. Is it 4,900 lumens for both lights or for a single light?

Yep. According to Baja Designs, the 4900 raw lumen rating is per light, so you'd get a total of 9800 raw lumens from both lights.

Can these fit a 2013 f150?

These are universal lights and will fit on anything where there's a will or a way. You can find vehicle-specific light mounts for your truck in our 2009-2014 F150 off-road light mounts section.
