This means the centerline of the axle, and everything connected, will be lifted to give you more ground clearance without having to touch your Bronco's suspension. The portal's 4-gear design connects directly to the wheels, creating an impressive 22% reduction at the hub. The reduction automatically adjusts the gearing at the hub in order to accommodate for larger tires without requiring any modifications to the vehicle's axles. In simpler terms, you'll be able to slap on 37-39" tires without having to worry about additional stress on your factory front CVs.
