Port Matched Outlets and More Efficient Runners for Excellent Exhaust Flow

Aside from fueling, the next biggest bottleneck when it comes to getting your aggressive 2011-2012 F150 3.5L EcoBoost build more power and torque are the factory exhaust manifolds. The stock manifolds have fairly narrow inlets, but what's worse is that their outlets don't even match the bore of the turbine housings of your F150's turbochargers. CRP Engineering's Full-Bore Ported Exhaust Manifolds features port-matched outlets, larger runners, and were designed to eliminate restrictions on the forward cylinders so that exhaust flow through your turbochargers is made vastly more efficient than stock. CRP's manifolds feature all-new castings with a durable construction and also come with new manifold studs and nuts so that you get all-new hardware to go along with CRP's awesome Full-Bore Manifolds. The manifolds are designed to support up to 650 horsepower and can add performance improvements to both bone-stock F150s, as well as heavily-modified F150 EcoBoost builds.

Double-Walled Cast Steel Construction

Instead of porting Ford OEM manifolds, CRP designed their manifolds from the ground up and used all new castings to ensure excellent performance and strength. Each manifold is made out of high-sil cast steel with a double-wall design that gives them excellent durability and resists cracking even at extreme levels of horsepower and torque. The porting on both the inlet and outlets, as well as their more efficient runners allow the CRP manifolds to flow 45% more efficiently than stock. CRP's test truck with an SCT pre-loaded tune made 12 rear-wheel horsepower and 18lb-ft of rear-wheel torque with just a manifold swap alone. The manifolds can provide even more gains on aggressively modified trucks with aftermarket downpipes, turbos, and/or custom tuning. Each manifold kit comes with both a driver's and passenger's side ported manifold, as well as new studs, nuts, and installation instructions.
