2012 F-150 Ecoboost
These manifolds were drop shipped from Canada. They were very well packaged and arrived within about a week. The manifolds look very well designed with clean casts, thick black coating, and flat machining. The ports are huge compared to the stock ones. I could only stick my pinky finger in the stock ports whereas with the CRP manifold ports, I could easily stick my pointer finger with plenty of room to move it around. The difference in flow is huge. These are what should have come from the factory. The install took about as long as the factory service manual says at about 7hrs per side. I would suggest getting a Jiffy-Tite removal tool and also buy all the recommended fittings and gaskets. The hardest part of the install was getting my socket over the manifold nuts. The manifolds have large bosses, which will probably prevent warpage, but they make it really difficult to fit a socket on there. I found a thin walled socket and still had to pound it onto and off the nuts because of the tight space. As far as performance, I can't wait to redyno this thing now! I feel huge low-end torque gains and better wide open throttle acceleration. The truck will happily sit at 1500RPMs up steep hills without shifting. The manifolds didn't require a tune update. There's no overboosting or boost oscillation like I expected there would be. Time will tell if these things warp like the stock ones, but right now I'm really happy.

Estoy muy contento con el material y rendimiento de mi camioneta. La mejor opción. Los originales están muy pequeños para una camioneta y más cuando tiene turbos. Vale la pena la inversión

Customer Question If I upgrade to these, do I need to upgrade turbos as well? I just had my driver's side turbo replaced twice, but now I'm hearing the chirp or squeal as it's been described during acceleration and spool up. Also not sure of difference between these and SPD Ported Manifolds. Thanks!

Customer Answer These manifolds do not require upgraded turbochargers. However, if you're having issues with your truck's turbochargers, you should probably get that taken care of first before getting these manifolds.
