Advanced and Ergonomic SCT Monitoring Device
On top of the aggressive and powerful tuning, the Livewire is also a versatile performance monitor that allows you to keep a close watch over your truck's engine functions. The Livewire features a complete touch screen display that allows for easy customization and the ability to display a wide variety of gauges and other information instantly. The Livewire hooks into your truck's OBD-II port where it pulls its monitoring information and uploads its awesome 5 Star Custom Tune. The Livewire TS+ even has built-in WiFi capability that allows you to download new tunes and firmware updates wirelessly. The Livewire tuner comes with a windshield suction mount, OBD-II cable, and a USB for downloading new software and tunes from your home PC.

Having an awesome tuning device is all well and good, but it's the tunes that are going to make or break it, and 5 Star's custom tuning provides your 6.2L Super Duty the power and versatility to get the job done. 5 Star offers up three different tune styles in four different flavors of fuel octanes, giving you a ton of choices when it comes to the power output, performance and application of your aggressive 6.2L F250 or F350 build. 5 Star's Economy tunes are designed to squeeze out some extra fuel mileage on Super Duty trucks that see a lot of city driving to save you some cash. 5 Star's Daily/Tow tunes off a nice increase in power and torque over stock and make shifting firmer and faster, all while forcing your transmission to hold gears longer for a big improvement in overall drivability, whether you're towing or just cruising around. 5 Star's Performance Tunes produce the most outright power of any of their 6.2L tuning, and featuring extremely fast and firm shifting meant for performance applications and high-speed off-roading. All of 5 Star's tunes are available in 87, 89, 91, and 93 octane flavors so that you can get the tuning you need for the most commonly available fuel octane in your area. How our F250 & F350 6.2L Custom Tuning Works
After you order your tuner, you are sent a
"blank" tuner without any custom tunes. We'll then send you an email that needs to be completely filled out and emailed back to us. However, you'll need to have your tuner before you can complete the form. After your tuner arrives, you'll need to hook it into your truck and get your
ECU Strategy Code and put it in your tune email next to "Strategy". After we receive your completed tune information, the tune itself will be built and sent to you via email as an attachment. Download the tunes .cef files to your computer and use your updated SCT software from SCT's website to upload the tunes to your tuner. Please be aware that SCT's devices and software are
only compatible with Microsoft Windows computers, and will not work with Mac OS X, Linux, or other operating systems. Once the tunes are in the tuner, you can then tune your truck. If we find that your Super Duty is behind on its latest TSB strategy updates, we may require you to have your TSB updates performed at your dealership of choice. Read our

Stage 3's 5 Star Custom Tuning Step-by-Step:
1. You place your order for 5 Star's Custom Tunes
2. Stage 3 sends you a "blank" tuner and a tune sheet form
3. You hook the tuner into your truck and pull its ECU strategy code
4. You fill out our tune sheet with the information from your truck and its strategy code
5. If your truck has Ford's latest strategy updates, we'll forward your information over to 5 Star and get your tunes created
6. Once 5 Star creates your tunes, they're be emailed to you at the address linked to your Stage 3 account
7. Download 5 Star's tunes to your tuning device using SCT's Device Updater Software
8. Now load your 5 Star Custom Tune of choice into your Super Duty
Off-Road Exhaust Systems: 5 Star can no longer provide custom tuning for off-road exhaust systems that delete catalytic converters. 5 Star can only tune for catted exhaust systems. However, 5 Star WILL NOT disable your rear oxygen sensors, which may result in a check engine light.
