High-Quality Spring Design with a Progressive Rate

H&R's Super Sport Springs are designed and manufactured from the ground up to hold up and provide excellent performance in just about any application while giving you and your 2015-2023 Mustang reliability that you can count on. The springs features a progressive rate design that gives you excellent ride quality for the daily grind, but offer up improved handling when you do get aggressive with your Mustang. These springs are made from a specialized spring steel that's then shot-peened to improve its strength and reliability. H&R's Super Sport Springs offer up to 1.6" of front drop and 1.75" of rear drop, which adds a slick look and just enough lowered height for improved performance. The springs can be used with your Mustang's stock shocks and struts, though aftermarket shocks and struts are strongly encouraged.

How much will it lower car with performance pack?

Rear lowering will be more or less the same, though you'll only get about a 1/2" front drop, since the Mustang GT performance pack springs already lower the car by about 1" in the front, and H&R's drop rating is based on the base springs.

I'm interested in these springs for my base 16 ecoboost coupe. I had these springs on my 13 5.0 and they caused popping from the front struts. Will these do the same? Do I have to upgrade anything or can I run just springs?

You'd likely get some popping out of these springs on your current car. The drop they provide is pretty aggressive for the factory struts, and can cause them to hit the limits of their valving. Aftermarket shocks or struts are usually recommended for H&R's Super Sport Springs, though the current selection of dampers for the 2015-2016 Mustangs is currently pretty limited.
