The 2015-2017 Mustang GTs with their powerful 5.0L Coyote V8s aren't exactly wanting for power right off the showroom floor, but that hasn't stopped our friends over at aFe Power from trying to squeeze even more horsepower and torque out of the things with their highly efficient Momentum GT cold air intake kit. The Momentum GT is a total replacement for your 2015-2017 Mustang GT's factory air box, disposable paper filter, and inlet tubing to give your Pony's V8 a complete overhaul of its intake system. The Momentum GT kit was carefully designed by aFe to flow a larger volume of charge air at a higher velocity and cooler temperature than your stock intake so that your 2015-2017 Mustang GT sees a noticeable improvement in horsepower, torque, throttle response, and fuel economy all in one kit. The system installs right in place of your Mustang's factory intake components as a direct bolt-on replacement.

Greatly Improves Airflow and Includes Reusable Air Filter

The Momentum GT cold air intake for the 2015-2017 Mustang GTs combines a highly efficient air box design with a high-flow oiled air filter and improved inlet tubing so that your Pony's 5.0L V8 maximizes its ability to bring in air and make more power. The system features an entirely new air box design with larger and more efficient duct work that allows air easier access to the air filter. The box also has a clear view window that allows you to check up on the filter's condition for easier maintenance. The filter included in this kit is one of aFe's high-flowing Pro 5R filters that features five layers of media and a reusable oiled design that provides better filtration than stock with increased airflow. The filter dumps air into a complete roto-molded inlet tube that has all the necessary provisions for your Mustang's MAF sensor, vacuum line, and PCV while having improved and more efficient flow over stock.
