It's compact enough to fit under most tonneau covers and baffled to reduce fuel sloshing, and it even retains your truck's naturally tough, rugged appearance. With the touch of a button, the included Electronic Controller signals the fuel transfer system to send fuel from the Travel Trekker directly to your primary fuel supply, and stops automatically when your tank is full. For complete peace of mind, the Electronic Controller also monitors and reports your auxiliary fuel levels.

Tougher than Steel

Titan Fuel Tanks designed the Travel Trekker to hold up in almost any situation, but they didn't stop there. The design has routinely been put through state-of-the-art computer simulation tests as well as large scale physical drop tests. Even at full capacity, when dropped at 30 feet onto a steel plate, Titan claims the Travel Trekker's tougher-than-steel cross-linked polymer held up without letting go of a single drop of fuel.

The included Electronic Controller allows for complete control of your fuel supply when you want it, as well as automatic monitoring and reporting when you need it. The Travel Trekker comes with complete installation instructions and hardware, and best of all, installation won't require cutting of your truck's wiring harness, potentially saving you from losing your manufacturer's warranty. Titan also designed the Travel Trekker to pull fuel from the top of the tank instead of utilizing a gravity flow system, which is not as safe or environmentally conscious.

Aluminum Body Insulator Kit: for 2017+ Super Dutys with aluminum beds, Titan Tanks strongly recommends using their Aluminum Body Insulator Kit in order to keep the steel mounting brackets of the tank from coming into contact with your truck's bed in an effort to avoid galvanic corrosion.
