Great Product for the price. Ride quality Fair for a lifted truck and cheaper shocks. Great seller and very good communication I will do future business here.

Customer Question Will your suspension kits, either this one or even your 2.5" kit degrade the towing capacity of my 2013 Ford F250 super crew diesel (King Ranch)? Is there a compromise in ride quality vs. stock set up?

Asked by: Bobby - 4/7/2016
Customer Answer Overall towing capacity is generally not effected when you add a lift kit or leveling kit. However, towing drivability can be degraded somewhat, due to the fact that these systems tend to level out the Super Dutys and get rid of their front rake, which means you could end up riding nose-high if you're towing something pretty heavy or hauling a ton of gear. Ride quality is going to depend on the kit in question, though to be honest, Rough Country's shocks aren't the greatest, but they'll typically be decent for a street truck or a dedicated tow rig.

Customer Question Can I run a 37/1250/20 on my stock rims will they fit I got a 2013 F250 I was told they would fit ?

Asked by: John - 9/28/2015
Customer Answer On a factory wheel, you're only going to be able to fit a 35" tall tire, and Rough Country recommends wheels with a maximum of a 4.5" backspace to fit a 35"x12.50" tire, much less a 37" tall tire, and your stock wheels go pretty far beyond that backspace. You can fit 37" tires on a 4.5" lift with some trimming on aftermarket wheels or stock wheels using wheel spacers, but not on factory wheels alone.

Customer Question I see the ad says won't fit an f-350, Why is that? My understanding is that the only difference between the 250's and the 350's is an extra leaf in the rear suspension.

Asked by: Ray - 7/2/2015
Customer Answer While you're technically correct, that extra leaf plays into the fitment of both the rear blocks and the U-bolts included with this kit, which are specifically designed for F250 trucks. If you need a kit for your F350, give us a call directly at 1-877-578-2433, and we can see if we can find an equivalent system.

Customer Question I have a 2015 ford f 250 with a 6.2 gas engine. Will this lift kit fit I know it says diesel ?

Asked by: Bubba Marple - 6/20/2015
Customer Answer It will technically bolt up to your truck, but you may end up with more front lift than intended due to the fact that the springs are tuned for the heavier diesels. You may also get fairly stiff and even poor ride quality. We do not recommend installing this kit on a truck with a gas motor.
