Improve Performance and Make Room for 35" Tires

If you're going for a towering stance and blistering performance for your 6.7L Super Duty build, you can never go wrong with a lift by BDS Suspension - especially when it's this performance-oriented Coilover Conversion 4-Link Suspension Kit. This kit comes with four heavy duty control arms as well as new four-link frame mounting brackets to replace your stock mounting system. The full replacement 4-link frame brackets bolt into factory holes and create a solid mounting location for the massive tubular 4-link arms. This high-performance lift kit utilizes powdercoated control arms to optimize front suspension geometry for control and handling through the most rugged off-road terrain as well as highways and roads. The front portion of the lift system also includes a forged drop pitman arm and front track bar relocation bracket to correct steering and track bar angles as well as to center the axle under the vehicle. Front bump stop extensions, sway bar drops, and brake line relocation brackets round out the front of this system, while 5" rear blocks level the rear with the front.

This all-terrain 4-Link Coilover System provides your F250 or F350 an 4" lifted platform to allow for 35" tires and fine-tunes your suspension system for maximum control no matter the terrain. The increased stability in the steering wheel is noticeable under normal driving conditions on streets and highways as well as on bumpy and uneven off-road trails. The links are made from high-quality and extremely thick steel that's expertly welded together in BDS' Michigan facilities. This kit centers around a pair of Fox Factory Series 4" travel coilovers that allow for easy compression adjustment and performance geared toward any application. The coilovers are paired with black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts. Rounding out this awesome kit is a set of front and rear Fox 2.0 Series shocks for unparalleled on and off-road performance.

Customize Your Suspension System

BDS delivers an array of customization options so that you get exactly the suspension system you're looking for and nothing less. These options include:

• Steering Stabilizer: Rather than keeping your stock stabilizer, you have the option to upgrade your kit with either BDS' single or dual NX2 Series, their single or dual 9500 Series, or Fox's dual 2.0 Series stabilizer kit.
• Traction Bars: You have the option to upgrade your kit with BDS' own Recoil Traction Bar System. We carry separate BDS traction bar kits for short box and long box trucks, so be sure to get the right one for your Super Duty.
• Adjustable Front Track Bar: Adjustable track bars are always handy, especially when you like to try out different wheel & tire combinations and lift heights. You can throw on BDS' own heavy-duty front track bar as an option from our drop-down menu.
• Rear Leaf Springs: Instead of the standard 5" rear block included in the kit, you can choose to customize your kit with rear leaf springs from our drop-down menu. The optional BDS Glide-Ride leaf springs will reduce axle wrap and create a more controlled and stable feel when towing. The leaf springs use a five-leaf design with built in overload leaf to assist when carrying heavy loads.
• Rear Anti-Sway Bar Link Kit: This option reinforces handling and control for extreme off-road action. Be sure to choose it from the drop-down menu if you so desire.
• Driveshaft Alignment Kit: The Driveshaft Alignment Kit includes a carrier bearing drop bracket which reduces vibration and harshness on trucks with a two-piece driveshaft (which is the vast majority of them). Be sure to choose from the drop-down menu if you want a carrier bearing drop bracket included in your kit.
• Extended Brake Lines: Extended front and rear Kevlar-lined stainless steel braided brake lines are available from our drop-down menus.
• Bumper Spacer Kit: If you aren't sure you'll have clearance for your chosen wheel & tire combination, add the Bumper Spacer Kit to your order from the drop-down menu.

***Very Important Fitment Note For Super Duty Models Equipped With Larger Factory Rear Block (3-7/8"): If your Super Duty is equipped with the larger, tow package 3-7/8" rear block and you didn't choose the Rear Leaf Spring option as an add-on to this kit, BDS highly recommends you add the dual add-a-leaf kit or the single add-a-leaf kit to your order so that your rear is level with your front.

• If equipped with two-piece rear driveshaft, you'll need the Driveshaft Alignment option added to your kit.
• If equipped with rear sway bar, you'll need the Rear Anti-Sway Bar Link Kit option added to your kit.
