The air springs are made from a durable rubberized compound that's similar to that used in vehicle tires, which gives them excellent strength and an extremely long lifespan. The bellows can level out up to 2000lbs of load and come standard with Schrader valves for easily air pressure changes. The bellows can handle anywhere from 5psi to 100psi of air pressure. The kit comes standard with all the brackets and installation hardware that your truck needs, all of which is compatible with both standard block-deletes, as well as axle-flip kits so that the kit works with practically any lowering system on the market.

I have an 06 F150 with a Bell Tech 3/5 drop and flipped leafs. This sounds like what I need. Want to confirm before I buy from y’all!

The brackets on this kit allow you to drop the bags so they work on 2-6" of rear drop so it should work on a 5" rear drop kit. Now if you are lower than 6" from stock, you may have to make some modifications yourself to make it work.

Do these provide any lift at all or just support? I've installed a flip kit and i want to not only bring the rear end up about an 1" but also provide towing support

This kit is not intended to provide any lift, but is a support to help keep the rear end up when towing or carrying additional weight. When unloaded you may see ride height increase if you more than the 5psi the unloaded, but it's not the design of this kit to be used as a lift kit.

Can you use this kit to lower your truck? How does this kit work?

Is this kit a bolt in, or is fabrication / welding required?

This kit does not technically require any welding or fabrication. It only needs minor drilling for mounting the air lines, and that's only if you're not going to run these with an on-board compressor. That being said, a lot depends on what lowering kit you're using (especially a 5-6" kit with an axle flip), though the Slam Air Springs can handle a few different flip configurations. It does not. This part number only includes the air bellows, bracketry, hardware, and air lines meant for being accessible from the rear bumper. You can find our air compressors here.

My f150 is lifted and has the 5" rear block, I'm looking for an air lift that will allow me to raise up to the lifted height and be level but also drop down below giving the appearance of reverse rake. Would this be the kit to do that with the 4" spacer for 6 inch lifts?

This kit will not work with your truck, since it's designed for lowered applications. This kit installs on the leaf pack, which is what makes it compatible with axle-flip kits, and Air Lift's spacers can't be used. Your best bet would be to call us directly so we can get more specific about what you're trying to do.

Do you know if there is any reason this kit would not work on the 2015-2018 trucks? It is my understanding that the rear suspension has been mainly the same since 2004. Thanks.

Airlift has not confirmed fitment of this kit on the 2015-2018 F150s. While similar, there are some minor differences in the 2015-2018 F150's rear suspension and axle that can effect fitment.
