Getting a decent lift on your 2009 to 2010 F150 to throw on more aggressive wheels and tires doesn't have to be extremely expensive or difficult. This Rough Country 4" Suspension Lift adds some extra ride height to your truck and allows you to easily fit on up to 35" tires and give your F150 a mean look and better off-road performance. Rough Country's F150 lift kit includes a full set of high-quality, CAD designed hardware that can be installed easily with only a slight amount of drilling and modifications.

Complete Suspension Lift Kit

Rough Country's lift kit gives your F150 it's extra ride height by using lifted knuckles and strut mount spacers up front and 2" blocks with heavy-duty U-bolts for the rear that are paired with a set of Rough Country's V2 Monotube high Performance Shocks. Rough Country also throws in a front and rear cross member, differential drop brackets, sway bar drop brackets, drive shaft spacer, a complete set of installation hardware, and detailed instructions.

Innovative Monotube Shocks Included

This kit comes with superior shocks that incorporate an innovative monotube design that helps to create faster heat dissipation. These shocks also feature an internal floating piston design that keeps the shock oil and high-pressure nitrogen separate for a lightning fast reaction with no cavitation. Rough Country also utilized a T6061 aluminum body and black anodized accents to help give it a striking appearance which adds to your killer lift.

Wheel fitment and kit notes: this kit requires cutting your truck's subframe for proper fitment and will not fit factory 18" or 17" wheels. This kit REQUIRES at least an 18x9" wheel with a maximum of 5" to 5.50" of backspace. All 18x9" wheels should be test-fit prior to installation, due to design variations that can cause fitment issues. Stock 20" Platinum and FX4 wheels can be used with 305/60R20 tires.
