2019 Ford F-150 3.5 EcoBoost

Great Air Intake. It definitely gave my truck more pep when the twin turbos kicked in. There is a downside when this intake is installed on the 2019 F150 3.5 EcoBoost. It can cause check engine light for crankcase sensor issue. This is due to the extra sensitive parameters for this sensor. This information was received from K & N technical department and they provided another air intake that works with my truck.

Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost

Great intake. Like other K&N intakes that I’ve purchased, you have to do a bit of “assembly” of the actual intake. Once it’s installed, it does feel like it has a tiny bit more “pep” to the throttle and the sound of the turbos is increased. It definitely doesn’t look as “cool” as some of these other brands, but I think it’s a quality product by a well known company.

Hello, will this filter system void the factory warranty on my Raptor?

In general, a basic bolt-on part like this cold air intake kit will not effect your truck's warranty status. However, all warranty decisions are made by individual service centers, and your best bet would be to talk to your service advisor directly to see what kind of leeway they give.
