Immense Strength, Durability, and Corrosion Protection

Road Armor builds each of their bumpers from the ground up to be one of the strongest pieces of aftermarket hardware that you can find for your truck. Each bumper systems is manufactured out of extremely high quality A36 descaled steel that's resistant to corrosion all on its own. The whole bumper comes with a black powder coated finish for further corrosion resistance. The outer plates are each 3/16" thick and backed by 1/4" thick mounting brackets and gussets, as well as .120" wall tubing for the bumper's frame. The bumper has built-in provisions and mounts that can accept most 12,000lb winches from popular manufacturers and off-road lights up to 4" in diameter. Each bumper has both front and rear shackle mounts and a front fairlead mount for your winch of choice.

EcoBoost Intercooler: while this bumper doesn't have a vent or cutout for the intercooler on EcoBoost truck's, the large cutout logo allowed for enough air to pass through during Road Armor's testing on their own EcoBoost F150.
