This version of ICON 2.5 VS CDCV Piggyback Front Shock comes with reservoirs that each have a unique mechanism that allows you to dial in your shocks compression to get the perfect amount of damping for any application or terrain. ICON 2.5 VS CDCV Piggyback Front Shock kits have a legendary reputation for both performance and quality and will give your Super Duty improved rebound, more response, longer travel, and reduced fade under even the most extreme conditions and off-road driving. These shocks can give your Super Duty the kind of clearance needed in order to throw on much larger wheel and tire combinations.

Large Shock Body For Improved Performance

ICON 2.5 VS CDCV Piggyback Front Shocks are very large and are manufactured to nearly flawless specs to give your tough, off-road truck the quality and performance it needs to handle any challenge after the pavement ends. The shocks are based around a massive 2.5" diameter shock body that's manufactured out of high-quality aluminum. The large size of the shock body provides a huge volume for oil while the aluminum construction allows for excellent heat dissipation to reduce fade.

Includes Remote Reservoirs with Compression Adjusters

The reservoirs are designed to hold extra oil away from the shock body which greatly improves cooling for a drastic reduction in fade over standard internal reservoir shocks. These versions of ICON reservoirs come fitted with ICON's unique Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) system that gives the shocks multiple settings for compression to meet your specific needs or application. The CDCV system controls the rate in which fluid flows from the shock and reservoir all at the turn of a dial while the reservoirs are installed on your truck.
