Had a pretty big problem with these when I installed them. Had nothing to do with Stage3. As I tightened the bolts I was barely putting torque on them and the supplied bolts stripped right out. Just past where they were starting to get tight they just let go. I went to the local hardware store and got different bolts and these seem to hold better. I don't think the problem is the bolt as much as it is the cross plate that it threads into only has about 3 threads on it. A nut or a thicker thread patters is very much needed. I'd happily pay $10 more to have nuts welded to the plate to keep from stripping the supplied bolts. Shipping was very fast - I think it arrived 3 days after I ordered it, but the big box containing the boards was opened. The staples holding it together seemed to have let go. Neither of the boards were damaged but the box was wide open when it arrived at my door. The directions for these are also pretty awful. Luckily Stage3 has a video. The directions are like half in English, half in Spanglish. They are 3 pages long, printed on printer paper, and thrown into the box. They also show the international version of the Ranger in the photo, which freaked me out at first, but as expected the directions also apply to the US Ranger. At first, I fitted the board and tightened it down backwards. For your reference (because it isn't in the directions anywhere), the "Go Rhino" label should go toward the back. It wouldn't take much to make the directions great. Maybe 3-4 hours of work to redo the whole document. But you can generally figure it out on your own and with the help of the Stage3 RB10 video (installation is the same for RB10 and RB20). As far as the boards themselves, they are wider than I had thought, but they're growing on me. They stick out wider than the tires, as shown in my photos. The quality seems good and I think these will last a while. Stage3 was great to work with as well. Something in my order is on backorder and they emailed me separately and let me know that it wouldn't be arriving for a while.

Everything fit great, it took a little longer to ship,but that was due to covid-19. I would recommend them for your truck needs

Parts arrived in great shape (super well packed) and had no trouble installing by myself in about an hour and a half. They do stick out beyond the outside of the tires (by a couple inches in the front) but they provide a wide, solid step and a bit of body side armor to defend against the 2-door coupes in the parking lots. Shipping was slow, but its free and these are big and heavy items.

I was wanting a nice low profile running board that wouldn’t decrease my clearance. These tuck in nicely and feel sturdy underfoot. Hardly noticeable when viewing the truck from the side. Down the road I may swap these out for frame mount rock sliders, but the RB20 look good and do all I need them to on a daily driver. It would be nice to see some more robust mounting hardware between the brackets and running boards. I had one fastener “go soft” on me and had to back it with a lock nut.

Running boards shipped very quickly. They arrived in only a couple of days. The box was enormous and heavy. I felt bad for the delivery driver. I ended up using a dolly to move it around because it is awkward for one person. They were packaged well. So well in fact, that getting all the pieces out of the packaging literally took longer than the actual installation time. The instructions were very vague and not specific to the application, or they were the wrong instructions. It took a little bit to figure out how the installation was supposed to go. Once it was clear in my mind, however, actual installation was very fast. Not included in the instructions, the write up for the product on the web page or any of the pictures on the web page is the fact that the boards themselves are wider at one end than at the other. I had to stop and decide whether I wanted the wide end by the front tire or by the back tire. That took a little time switching back and forth and reasoning which direction would be better. All total, it took about an hour fifteen to unpack, decipher directions, gather tools (the instructions listed the wrong size tools you would need) and figure out which way to put them on. It took less than 20 minutes of actual install. The install is very easy. Now that they are on, however, it is, ironically, very difficult to get in and out of the truck. With the wide end by the front tire (that's the direction I decided on) It sticks out very far from the door. The board itself sits just a couple inches below the door sill. The width makes it very difficult get in and out without stepping on the board and, the close vertical distance to the door sill makes if very difficult to enter the truck while standing on the board. These are very attractive boards, and very sturdy to stand on. The price is very good making them an excellent value. The installation is easy despite the poor (or wrong) directions. But if this were a "try it before you buy it" situation, I probably would not buy them because of how difficult it makes entry and exit. I will probably swap directions with the skinny end next to the front tire and see if that is as attractive and if it is easier to get in and out. They can also be adjusted back under the truck more, which might make it easier as well. I'll have to experiment moving forward.

They did not fit the truck well. The brackets did not fit the truck. I believe I was sent double brackets for one side. The driverd side fit great but not the passenger side. I would have sent back for a refund but the original box was destroyed before I installed them.
