The kit's specialized oiled and reusable Powerstack air filter has deep pleats and is made out of high-quality silicone that's stronger and more resilient to engine bay heat and stress than competing urethane filters. The filter comes housed in a completely new upper air box assembly that attaches to the bottom half of your stock air box and keeps the filter protected from performance-robbing heat soak. S&B's air box comes standard with a sight window to make it easy to check your filter.
