S&B Cold Air Intake Kit for Improved Airflow & Efficiency

One of the easiest and most effective ways to help your 6.7L Powerstroke breathe easier is with an S&B Cold Air Intake Kit! The S&B Cold Air Intake helps improve the overall throttle response and top-end power of your Super Duty by giving it a massive increase in airflow over the factory unit. The kit replaces your truck's factory intake with a fully enclosed airbox that protects the filter from both dirt and debris, helping contribute to a cleaner and more efficient system. What's more, S&B's engineered this intake with a snap-in lid design that provides a protective seal against unwanted, power-robbing engine heat and debris so your truck can run efficiently even when your applications become extreme. Each kit also comes standard with a Dry Extendable filter which prevents small contaminants from entering the intake much more effectively over stock. The thoughtful craftsmanship and precision engineering provide a 57.05% airflow improvement and 99.66% efficiency rating so your 6.7L Powerstroke can handle any application or climate without breaking a sweat.

Unique Inlet Design allows for Less Restriction

Through various tests, S&B found that it was best to swap the location of the intake box and battery under the hood of your truck, allowing the intake to be directly in line with the front air inlet. This allows the intake tube to be crafted with minimal bends as it connects to the turbo inlet. The result is a much larger volume of cold, clean air for your Super Duty, giving you the perfect foundation for adding on more performance mods in the future. For those who wish to run a stock calibration, S&B manufactured this kit to allow your engine to run properly whether you're running an enhanced tune or not. This kit is also designed to avoid check engine lights with it's properly mapped Mass Airflow Sensor. When it comes to installation, the intake mounts directly in place of your factory unit to make for a simple process you can complete at home. Each intake comes with a complete set of hardware and instructions.
