Heavy-Duty Motors with Aluminum Steps for Excellent Durability and Strength

The AMP Research Powered Steps are built extremely tough and can shrug off the toughest applications and harshest climates. The boards themselves are manufactured from aircraft-grade die-cast aluminum that is then powder coated and Teflon coated to resist damage, corrosion, wear, and discoloration. Each step comes standard with stainless steel pivot pins and full-length internal ribs to handle extremely heavy weights. The electric motors that allow the step to fold and unfold are entirely weatherproof and come with a full wiring harness that hooks into your Ranger or Bronco's OBD-II port for a plug-and-play installation. AMP's steps come with built-in LEDs for area and courtesy lighting. Each AMP Research Powered Side Step Package comes with two side steps, wiring, hardware, and instructions. Requires Drilling: this kit requires minor drilling to run the wiring for the steps into your truck's cab.

Door removal requires override switch: if you're planning on using these steps with your Bronco's doors removed, you will require AMP's Override Switch here to ensure that the steps don't drop with the doors off.
