2015 Ford F-150 FX-4 Lariat
I had a 2009 F150 Platinum that had these running boards on it from the factory. I traded it in on my 15' Lariat which did not have them. After a few months I missed them so much I purchased these. Right from the beginning of opening the box and seeing how well everything was packaged I was impressed. The ease of installation & great directions was the icing on the cake. Like I said my Platinum had these and I put 90000 trouble free miles on it and I feel that these are actually a little more heavier duty than those. Maybe it's just me but it seems that way. I highly recommend these power running boards.They extend further down than other mounted boards and then tuck away for a clean look. Took me about 3 hours for a clean install doing it by myself. These are great and I'm very impressed with everything. Thanks Stage 3 Motorsports for stocking a great item with fast shipping and best price!

Great product looks very nice easy install no drilling required did the whole thing in 4 hrs it was a breeze to install and they look factory also they are faster to go down and back up than the factory ones I had on my 2011 limited and they have a great feature that you can stand on one and close the door and it will stay down when you are washing your truck once done you open and close the door and it returns

Took a few hours by myself. Fantastic product! Very well made! I highly recommend them. I also added the LED lights and additional plug under the dash. Easy install that looks great on the new Raptor.

Great packaging along with a nice product. The boards definitely give my F150 a distinctive look. Though I did the install myself in my garage with no lift, the installation was easy. Total time for installation was just over 3 hours for me. That's including taking a phone call or two along with a few other small interruptions. Overall I'm very happy with this product and would definitely recommend them to a friend. Stage 3 Motorsports shipped the item out the same day I ordered it and I received it the very next day. Thanks Stage 3 Motorsports! If I could add a few photos of the install I would.

Best upgrade you'll do to your truck! I was lucky enough to get these as a birthday present from my girlfriend, the steps drop down lower than stock so it makes it easier for her getting in. My first box was damaged in shipping but after a phone call and a couple emails dealing with UPS Stage3 had already sent me another set before the damaged ones were shipped back- thanks Rudy. They're definitely a conversation starter when you pull up to the pump. They look great and feel solid with good grip on the step. The install was easy, good instructions and Stage3 has a good install video i checked out a couple times while installing. Total time was about 5 hours for me. I would recommend these to anyone and all my co workers with f150s are jealous

Product arrived on time and in great shape. Took about 3 hours to complete the install, took that long because i was ocd about hiding the wires. Everything work great and looks amazing.

Obviously a lot better than my stock side steps. The clean look it gives to the truck is much nicer and with my lift kit, it provides a better and lower step to get up into. Another great product and buy. Install was not in my favor, so took it to my local guy and they did an impeccable job.

These things are freaking AWESOME!!! Will recommend these to everyone. Installed myself in 8 hours. Only took so long because I was very meticulous in having the wiring look factory. No issues, good instructions, and they're freakin AWESOME!!

These things are not cheap, but neither is the quality. The kit installs very easily and fits great. I love the look of them not hanging down when not in use and the function of them when I need them. Overall I am completely happy with this product and love how it functions.

I have been hesitant to buy these because of the price, however I'm glad I finally broke down and did it. Customer service was awesome and let me price match! I love the clean tucked away look, and when they extend I find myself actually using them to get out of the truck rather than sliding down the side of my seat and wearing it out. instillation was easy other than taking the time to figure out how to cleanly run the wiring harness. Definitely recommend to anyone that is on the fence about these!

Customer Question I live on the east coast, so winters get pretty cold. When it snows, are the boards going to freeze and the motor continue to run and they snap off ? Have you had any problems with these in the cold?

Customer Answer The arms and motors won't snap off unless you manage to hit something really, really hard. The only issue we have run into during cold weather and snow use is that snow and ice can get packed in the arms and the steps and essentially freeze them to the body of the truck. In general, a good kick or two is all that's needed to break them loose, but they can get packed in to the point of non-function.

Customer Question I was wondering if I would be able to take the amp research steps off a 2012 f150 super crew and put them on a 2017 f150 super crew?

Customer Answer You would not. The mounts are different and the arms are different lengths. The actual steps could probably be reused, but the rest of the mechanism won't fit properly.

Customer Question I have a 2015 Ford F150 Super Crew with an existing Bully Dog tuner connected to my ODB2 and reviewed the installation video of these running boards and see that this product must plug in to the ODB2 port as well. Is there anyway I can run these in conjunction with my existing Bully Dog tuner plugged in? If not, is there another power step running board i can use in this configuration? Thanks John..

Customer Answer To use a monitor and these steps at the same time, you'll need AMP's OBD-II Pass-Through Harness unless you want to custom-wire the steps into your F150's kick panel.

Customer Question Since this plugs into the OBDII port how does that effect using a Turner that needs to plug into the OBDII port?

Customer Answer In order to use these steps and a tuner/monitor at the same time, you'd also need the AMP OBD-II Pass-Through Harness. We do recommend that you plug a tuner directly into the OBD-II port when actually loading a tune, but the Pass-Through Harness will work just fine for monitoring while keeping the steps functional.

Customer Question I live in a cold climate. Where it snows...a lot. Will snow buildup effect them dropping?

Customer Answer Snow and ice buildup can impede the function of the power steps, though generally giving them a good brush-off will get them working fine again.

Customer Question In a previous question it was said that they fit all cab configurations but required trimming. What exactly does that mean? Just cutting part of the running boards off?

Customer Answer Correct. The boards themselves are made out of aluminum and aren't overly thick, so you can simply cut them to fit your cab length and reuse their end caps.

Customer Answer The steps come with a black powder coat finish, so while you can theoretically have them painted or recoated, it is kind of difficult and requires a lot of prep-work.
