Hellwig's Front Sway Bar is a drop-in replacement for your F150's stock sway bar and features a thicker design and stronger construction than stock so that your F150 get's improved handling, cornering, and front-end stability when loaded. The Hellwig front sway bar is extremely easy to install and comes with all the hardware and components you need to get it up and running on your F150 build.

Thick, Tubular Chromoly Steel Sway Bar

The Hellwig front sway bar is built tough and provides more roll stiffness than the stock sway bar to improve your F150's handling. Each Hellwig sway bar is made out of chromoly steel alloy that's then heat-treated to ensure excellent levels of strength and rigidity. Hellwig's front F150 sway bar has a larger diameter than stock, but still bolts right into place of the stock sway bar and reuses your F150's stock end links without modifications. Hellwig includes new body mounts and bushings that drop right into place of your F150's stock hardware and allow for the easy installation of the Hellwig front sway bar. Each sway bar kit comes with instructions and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
