Deletes Resonator For Enormous New Sound

The new 2015-2023 EcoBoost is a sporty Mustang straight from the factory but it does lack in the sound department. If you want a gritty muscle car sound to go with the muscular new body style of your 2.3L EcoBoost, you've found the right option. Flowmaster created their 2.25" Scavenger Resonator-Delete Y-Pipe Kit to not only give your Mustang a much more aggressive tone that will have everybody's heads turning, but it also frees up airflow to help increase your performance as well. This kit consists of a Y-Pipe without a resonator in order to give your Mustang the kind of brutal volume and ferocious roar that will get everyone's attention.

High-Quality 409S Stainless Steel

Flowmaster creates these Scavenger Resonator-Delete Y-Pipes out of high-quality 409S Stainless Steel in order to prevent against corrosion and give your Mustang an awesome addition to it's exhaust system. This 2.25" mandrel-bent pipe was designed to fit in with Flowmaster Axle-Back systems and simply replaces the existing mid-pipe to give your Mustang a much more ferocious sound. Flowmaster includes Slip-Fit connections for an easy installation that does not require welding. They also dyno-tune each of these pipes for maximum performance.

I add this resonator delete with stock mufflers, will it make my car louder?

Yep. You'll gain some sound and have more pronounced exhaust sound in your cabin. The sound coming out of the tailpipes will only have a slight gain in overall loudness.

Will this Y-Pipe fit the stock axle back?

It will fit the stock hardware back from the resonator, though you will require some cutting for installation with the factory cat-back and axle-back assemblies.

Can you tell me if I go for this resonator delete, would there be a dip in torque?

You shouldn't see a torque loss with this kit, or any change in output levels. However, that is going to depend somewhat on your tuning and other modifications.

I have a ROUSH AXLE BACK W/ QUAD TIPS exhaust on my 2015 ECOBOOST FASTBACK. Will this resonator delete kit line up in size and dimension and work with my exhaust setup?

This resonator delete connects to the factory intermediate tubes, so if you only have an axle-back, you should be good to go.
