One of the biggest let-downs of all of the 2015-2020 F150s is their ultra-quiet factory exhaust systems that just don't befit what's supposed to be one of the baddest trucks on the planet. However, you also don't want an aftermarket system with too big a noise that will wake your neighbors or cause a ton of drone at cruising speeds. That's where Flowmaster's Force II Cat-Back for the 2015-2020 F150s comes in. This cat-back kit turns up your truck's exhaust note just enough to make a noticeable and aggressive difference in how it sounds, but isn't overpowering enough to blast your whole neighborhood or cause excessive amounts of cabin drone at idle or cruising speeds. The Force II cat-back kit is a great choice for getting just the right amount of sound for your F150 without getting too crazy. Flowmaster's Force II kit fits most F150 wheelbases and installs right in place of your stock exhaust, with only minor amounts of trimming for some wheelbase sizes.

3" Diameter, 409 Stainless Steel Tubing with 4" Dual-Walled Tip and Force II Muffler

The F150 Flowmaster Force II cat-back kit fits all of Ford's F150 engine options, including the 3.5L EcoBoost, 2.7L EcoBoost, 5.0L V8, and the 3.5L Naturally-Aspirated V6. The Force II kit is made out of 3" diameter tubing that's all mandrel-bent to ensure smooth exhaust outflow with minimal levels of restrictions. The kit is built around its Flowmaster Force II muffler that feature's their unique Delta Flow internal chambered design that produces a deep, rich sound without a ton of drone or rasp. The Force II system is capped off by a 4", dual-walled polished exhaust tip that exits in the factory location behind the passenger rear tire for a great look. The entire kit is made out of 409 stainless steel and comes backed by a Flowmaster Limited Lifetime Warranty. Flowmaster includes install instructions and hardware.

Fitment Notes:

Fits F150s with 2.7L / 3.3L / 3.5L Ecoboost, 3.5L TiVCT or 5.0L engine.
Fits both 2WD and 4WD models
This system fits all cab and bed configurations except Standard Cab/Short Bed models
Does not fit Raptor

2019-2020 Limited Fitment: This cat-back kit will not fit 2019-2020 F150 Limited models due to their different exhaust configuration. 2019+ Limited will require a Raptor cat-back system.

2016 F-150 FX4 EcoBoost 3.5L V6

It took longer to uninstall the stock exhaust than to install the new Flowmaster. Once I had the stock exhaust off, it only took about 20 minutes to completely install the new exhaust. I have only noticed minor performance enhancements but the sound and appearance are far superior to the stock exhaust. This is the only exhaust that I found that didn't make my EcoBoost engine sound like a Nissan 350Z. The sound is deep and aggressive without being too obnoxious for a turbocharged V6.

18 F150 3.5EB

For starters Stage 3 is one amazing company. Customer service and shipping is always top notch. I would even go as far by saying that they are my go to for all my F150 needs. They are a one stop shop. As for this Flow Master Cat-Back Exhaust kit, I am not overly impressed with it. Part of the reason is the 3.5 EB engine. There is no possible way to get this thing to sound like a V8. I knew this going into the upgrade but felt it was worth mentioning. After listening to the sound clips, I decided to go with the Flowmaster kit. The sound is alright. City driving with all the stop and go traffic tents to get annoying with the exhaust sound inside the cab. It is almost nauseating. Highway driving the sounds are great as the noise does not drown out conversation or the radio. To be honest, I would not recommend this kit to anyone. Save your money and get a Borla or Roush cat back kit. I will be returning my truck to stock exhaust in the next few days. Overall I gave this kit 3 stars. All of the components are made of high quality. This kit looses 2 stars because the sound is not great by any stretch of the imagination. This is in no way reflection of Stage 3. It is the kits sounds. The sound clips were no where near real life noise.

2019 F150 5.0

Really like this system. Build quality is very good. Pretty easy to install, even with the truck on the ground. Truck sounds awesome now. Had to move the hanger that is before the inlet to a secondary position, down and left to the factory location to make it all fit together. Unfortunately that was not mentioned in the instructions. 2016 2.7 F-150

I have this exhaust paired to the stainless works down pipes with high flow cats. The exhaust is exactly what I was looking for. On start up it is deep and aggressive, but is still relatively quiet with regular driving. My only issue with the exhaust is at WOT it is slightly tinny at high RPM's. Installation was done by a local shop and took no time at all.

As long as you're using a Stainless Works Factory Connect Y-pipe, you should not have issues. The cat-back is not compatible with Stainess Works Performance Connect Systems.

This kit will fit a 157" wheelbase truck, though it will require the use and some trimming of its included extension pipe.

Yep. This kit will fit a naturally-aspirated 3.5L V6 without issues and will fit a SuperCab 6.5ft bed truck with a 145" wheelbase without issues.
