The AlphaRex Nova Series F150 Projector Headlights combine an extremely stylish and aggressive design with some of the latest LED and projector technology to give your truck a pair of headlight that not only looks great, but gets a big improvement in output with nearly flawless function. AlphaRex builds each of their Nova Series headlights around powerful OSRAM LED chips that are housed in their patented Ice Cube 3D projectors that cast the light from the LED chips both forward and to the side to maximum beam breadth while still providing a clean and crisp forward beam cutoff to avoid blinding other drivers. The Nova Series Headlights for the 2018-2020 F150s use a pair of the Ice Cube projectors for the low beams and a whole other pair for the high beams in each light, giving these headlights huge output. The two-function, smoked LED strip runs the entire perimeter of the headlight housing and features a white LED running light that functions as a true DRL thanks to the headlight's unique module with an add-a-fuse kit. The amber function uses your F150's stock turn signal wiring and has a sequential design that adds a unique look to your F150's signaling. The headlights come standard with clear polycarbonate lenses that are coated to resist both condensation and plastic corrosion. Each pair of AlphaRex Nova Series headlights features a drop-in, plug-and-play install and come backed by a 2-year limited warranty. These headlights are DOT-approved for street use.

2020 F150 STX

The AlphaRex Nova Midnight LED Headlights significantly update the front end of your truck. I know it is subjective, but these lights will stand up to ANY of the 2021+ truck models in appearance. They are killer for sure. Functionality is another thing. I had to take these to TWO pro shops to get the beams aligned. And after THREE tries, PRO installers finally got the beams lined up right. The brightness of the beams, while much improved over the (terrible) OEM halogens, still won't hold up in performance to simply adding a very good LED Hi/Lo new set of LEDs. These went into a '20 STX, and they are nowhere near as bright as the LEDs I had in my '17. So, if you want an INCREDIBLE, traffic stopping front end, get these. If you are more after functionality, save yourself $1,000 and get a really go after market LED Hi/Lo beam upgrade. They are PAINFUL to install and get the beams adjusted right. There are ZERO instructions that detail how to adjust the beams included in the box. I really enjoy these lights, but if one goes OUT, you have to go back to AlphaRex for a complete light replacement (left or right). You can't just pop out a bulb and replace it.

Headlights are great, look great and work perfectly. I agree with a previous reviewer, for the price, they should of came with a wire tap. I wish the high beam adjustment was at an easier to get to location.

2018 Ford F-150

First, let me say these are outstanding headlights. The light output is super bright and the beam pattern is accurate and wide. High beams are outstanding too, a massive improvement over the stock lights. Plus they just look awesome! However I only give 4 stars because 1. For the price, yes - a fuse tap should be included 2. While low beam adjustment is simple, high beam adjustment is much more cumbersome to get to 3. The sequential turn signal function only works when the engine is running. So using the hazard flashers for example (which lets face it is usually only when you break down) with the engine off, only the bulb in the middle flashes and the 1st 2 blocks of the sequential amber signal activate. The manufacturer confirmed this is normal since there isn't enough voltage when the engine is not running. This should have been accounted for in the design. Despite these aspects, overall this was a great purchase and I would recommend and buy again.

2019 Ford F150

Simply love these headlights. That said I must say the left headlight was troublesome after initial install. I decided initially to not use the added wire harness. Lights worked fine for a few days then the left headlight DRL stopped working. After a bit of pondering I decided to add the wiring harness and I checked my battery status. The battery was still good but cranking amps were down and voltage was just above 12v. I replaced the battery and added the wiring harness. Since then the lights have been flawless. Therefore in my opinion these lights are power hungry and sensitive. Check your battery status and use the added wiring harness.

2020 F-150 XLT

I have a 2020 F-150 XLT and purchased the AlphaRex Nova series. The service was great. I was kept informed on when they were shipped and when they would be delivered. Installation was easy after reviewing the installation video from Stage 3. I was disappointed that there was not a fuze tap included. I was also disappointed that the guy on the video said the wiring harness was not necessary for the lights to work properly. Why would he say that when it is necessary? I had to search YouTube to find out how to install the harness. Other than that the lights are awesome looking. The brightness of the projector lights is fantastc.

2020 f150

Found these headlights and loved the look, stage3 had the lowest price I could find as they have had with most parts I've looked for. The headlights are great super easy to install with minimal tools and a how to video or two. The lights are ridiculously bright and a great improvement over stock once you adjust your beams.

From my understanding, the grey wire goes into an add-a-fuse kit that gets dropped into the engine bay fuse box. Check out AlphaRex's instructions here.

What turn led turn signal bulb do you recommend to make this a completed led headlight? Do you have a bulb that does not require an external resistor?

Any 7443NA LED bulb will work. However, any we carry will require an in-line resistor to prevent hyperflash.
