Anyone who tows regularly with their F150 can tell you that when it comes to extremely heavy loads and hauls, the Ford's factory suspension setup starts to struggle which can make driving around with your trailer, fifth wheel, or toy haler of choice fairly tense and nerve-wracking. That's why Air Lift designed this awesome system for leveling out your truck's rear suspension to get back near-OE handling. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate kit consists of a pair of air springs with built-in jounce bumpers that can be inflated to level out up to 5000lbs of load. The Ultimate kit's jounce bumpers help prevent bottoming out and allow you to completely deflate the springs when they're not in use. The kit is the perfect solution for frequent haulers and towers that are tired of their truck barely being in control.

Prevents Traction Loss, Squat, and Porpoising

When you throw a ton of gear in your truck's bed or when you're towing something extremely heavy, your truck's rear suspension compresses and shifts your truck's load aft. When that happens, your truck squats, or, even worse, starts to cause a loss of traction in your front wheels. Traction loss leads to sloppy steering, poor braking, and even a total loss of control, especially during adverse weather and wet or icy road conditions. The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate kit gives your truck back a level stance and takes a lot of the strain off your truck's leaf springs to give it back the handling needed to tow and haul just about anything you need in a safe and consistent manner. The LoadLifter Kit can compensate for up to 5000lbs of load while giving you the control of adjusting your truck's GVWR positively or negatively in order to balance out the suspension.

Lifted Truck Note: If you're hauling heavy loads or pulling a trailer and have a lift kit installed, the rear of your truck can compress when dragged down by the extra weight which can affect your lift and cause issues with your suspension. Air Lift created a 4" Lock-N-Lift kit as well as a 6" Lock-N-Lift version that you can purchase separately. You must purchase the correct version to match up with your exact lift in order to avoid further suspension issues.

Installation Note: The springs can be filled by your average garage or gas station air compressor, or you can invest in a Load Controller II or WirelessAir on-board compressor system.
