Curved LED Light Bar with Legendary Rigid Industries Power and Durability

The 54" RDS-Series light bar produces an immense amount of light and fits perfectly in with the curvature of your truck or off-road vehicle's roof line or with rounded stock or aftermarket front bumpers. It's unique design took years of careful development and testing by Rigid Industries to get just right so that you can use this powerful 54" LED light bar in whatever application you need and wherever your truck or off-road vehicle needs to go. Despite its unique design, the RDS 54" bar is still able to throw out a tremendous amount of light thanks to the combination of its specialized Spot-Style beam pattern with its curved design.

Excellent Combination of Light Range and Area Coverage

While a Spot-Style Beam pattern on a 54" off-road LED light bar is generally too specialized for a standard bar, the curved nature of the RDS-Series makes it a perfect way to get maximum light output and range. The curve of the RDS throws the 10 spot pattern LEDs in a wide arc to give your off-road platform of choice bright, white light with all the range, width, and intensity you need to to see off-road hazards long before they become serious problems for your truck or off-road vehicle of choice. Each of the 54" RDS bars have two rows of LEDS much like the standard E-Series bars that allow it to generate up to 28242 raw lumens of light without taking up too much space. The LEDs are rated for up to 50,000 hours of use, and Rigid throws in a simple switch and wiring with a plug-and-play Deutsch connector. The RDS is currently one of Rigid's most effective and sleekest light bar options, and gives your vehicle the lighting it needs with the sleek looks that you want.

Heavy-Duty, Design that Can Take Serious Hits

Just like the rest of Rigid's arsenal of powerful off-road LED lights, the RDS-series light bar is built to handle just about anything and is tough enough to survive the harshest applications and environments. The LED boards of the RDS Series are resistant to impacts, vibration, and moisture to help keep at least some of the LEDs running even if the light bar takes serious damage. The boards are built into a durable cast-aluminum housing with built-in heat sinks and durable, high-quality seals that keep out moisture and grime while being extremely resilient and resistant to damage. The RDS comes standard with a thick polycarbonate lens that shrugs off dust, rocks, and other debris while still allowing the bar to throw out a massive amount of light. Each RDS is designed with a GORE® pressure equalization system that helps prevent moisture build-up with changes in altitude. The bar comes with simple base mounts on either side and will fit other aftermarket and Rigid Industries mounts designed for RDS systems. This light bar comes with a wiring harness and switch. Some splicing is required.

2011 Ford Raptor 6.2 Super Crew

Want some Night Bright Lights. This will light up the whole side of a Mountain! It's hard to explain how bright this thing really is. It's like turning on a Daylight button for whichever direction your vehicle is faced. This is not something you could ever run on the roads as you will blind EVERYONE. Mounted correctly there is no whistle sound even at high speeds like some have suggested. Get the ADD mounts for this and you will not be disappointed. (Side note - Clean your windshield before turning this one on if you have it Mounted above your windshield as it will reflect all the dust particles and bugs you crushed going high speed.) Again dealing with Stage3Motorsports is always awesome and easy.

Will this lightbar fit right above the windshield on a 2017 F-150? If so do you offer mounting brackets for it? Can you ship it to Sweden? Best regards Tommy

Unfortunately, we do not have a roof light bar mount for the 2015-2017 F150s due to their aluminum bodies requiring aluminum bolts. You would likely be better off having custom brackets fabricated locally anyway, due to the shipping costs involved. We can ship this light bar to Sweden.
