The TrueTrac has no wearable parts and requires no maintenance other than standard differential fluid changes. 2014 Ford F-150 3.5L Platinum 4x4

Note much to say except this thing is a monster! While not quite an elocker or air locker it performs very well on the trail. No delay in a lock like a LSD and hills I had trouble with I can now climb without even needing my front locker. Additionally traction on the hard pavement is better and rarely will your tires break loose resulting in better acceleration due to no loss of traction. Best $560 spent on my truck so far. (well, the gears are a close second)

2016 F150 3.5 Ecoboost

The True Trac box was in pretty bad shape when it arrived and I hoped it didn't damage the unit. The guy who installed it said it was fine. It works great! No more one wheel peel and it is smooth and quiet! The Stage 3 guys said to take pictures of the damaged box and if the True Trac was damaged, they would make it right. I can't ask for much more than that.

2012 F150

I had my local mechanic install the LSD. Even on dry streets, I noticed a difference in traction and handling. Taking it out to the property after a rain, this unit really showed its stuff. Wow! I'm not nervous to drive off-road like before. I'm very pleased with this design and how it functions.

2018 Ford F150 Limited

I searched for over a month to find out which Eaton differential was the correct one. The truck was so new no one listed it for a 2018 F150 Limited Twin Turbo. After a lot of research I thought I knew the correct unit. When I did the final search to get the unit Stage 3 had it listed for my model. I ordered it and though it would take a week or so to get it. It arrived in two days. Fast service for sure. I took the unit to the dealer I purchased the truck from and they installed it without any issues. Its quite and can't tell any difference from the open differential until you need it. Great product and Stage 3 has the best price.

Easy to install, utilized same shims, perfect set up, and replacement, not afraid of winter, the traction is noticeable, have not had to use 4x4 yet! Quiet ride!

2015 F150 Supercrew 3.5L Ecoboost

This is the third Truetrac I've installed on an F150. I've had one on a 2002, a 2006 and now on a 2015 and every time I've installed one or had it installed, I've been happy with the performance and quality of the product. It's durable, trouble free and seamless in operation. The difference in traction in our Michigan winters is tremendous. This Truetrac is not different. My truck would lose traction on slippery surfaces when it rained or even if I stepped on the throttle too hard getting away from a corner. The traction control on the newer F150's works, but under slippery conditions it doesn't react fast enough nor does it help on ice. My experience with the Truetrac has been that without the Truetrac I go nowhere on ice, with it, I have traction to both rear wheels and a considerable increase in traction. I recommend this product without reservation.

2016 Ford F-150 Ecoboost

This limited slip is awesome! I’ve never installed one before but after lots of research and taking my time I pulled it off. I’ve been driving around on it about 3 weeks and it hooks when you want it to and acts like an open dif when it should. Huge upgrade on the street and off road!

2015 F150

5 ?? s !!!! Holly cow !!! Can’t believe I waited so long. Should have done this way sooner. Install wasn’t too bad (not a professional) luckily it “dropped” right in. So didn’t have to mess with backlash. Way better before I would get annoyed that only one tire would spin (even with baby35s) off-roading was just as bad as only one tire would spin before ABS intervene Also factory oem e locker disengages after 20/40 then at higher speeds you’re open diff But not with this 10/10 do it !!!!!!!!

14 Screw 4*4 5.0

Nail it at a rolling right and it rips! Corners are much better, no more traction control cutout. Can pull my 7k lb trailer on wet grass in 2wd now. Worth the $$$ for the unit and install.

2013 5.0 F150

You won't know it's even there - that is, till you stomp on it ! Before Eaton TruTrac it would spin then wheel hop. Now it just flat launches. Truck only has performance tune and K&N air filter. Stage 3 shipped right away. Only down side, box was destroyed when it arrived but no damage to parts. Get one! You will love it.

2010 f150

Couldn't be happier with this differential. Ultra smooth on pavement yet good positive traction off-road. The transition between unlocked and locked is much smoother than what I would have expected also I went into a conventional 90w oil which is a lot cheaper than the synthetic with additive for the Ford clutch style limited slip.

2012 F150 XLT 4x4 Super Crew

I needed to rebuild the rear end because it was howling mostly on decell, turned out to be a bad carrier bearing. Truck was factory equipped with an open diff. Yuck! I did not want to rebuild it that way. Figured while in there do an upgrade. I love this diff, not overly obnoxious like an actual Detroit Locker would be but, there when you need it and no clutches to wear or require special friction modifiers. I would buy this item again in the future. All mechanical, no clutches or electronics. Just like God intended.

2019 F-150 Lariat PowerStroke 2WD

Good choice for me. In New Jersey, snow surface weather will be less challenging. I had an open diff. I did a test on gravel and it is absolutely working :-) Please include: MOTV-R975FRLBMK 11-20 F150 Motive 9.75" Rear End Master Install Kit - this will insure your installation is solid.
