This RAM PowerGrip HD Clutch Kit for the 3.7L V6 Mustangs can hold up to a whopping 650 horsepower to support some of the most high-powered Mustang V6 builds out there. The PowerGrip HD, the equivalent of a Stage 3 Modification, is THE clutch kit of choice for the 2011 to 2014 Mustang V6 that sees a ton of track time and hard launches off the line. This clutch kit is able to deliver all this performance and still be streetable, though some chatter (especially with high rear-end gears) is to be expected.

Built For High-Power Applications

The secret behind the PowerGrip HD's abilities is its sintered iron friction disc that provides a firm engagement with some dampening slippage to prevent a violent shock when you put your foot down on the throttle. The disc is paired with one of RAM's SFI-approved pressure plates that's capable of producing 30% more clamping pressure than stock for a true performance setup. Each of RAM's PowerGrip HD clutch kits also come with a new throwout bearing and alignment tool to make install that much easier.

This clutch kit requires a RAM Billet Flywheel for proper operation and will not work with the factory DMF.
