Complete 3" lift System with Adjustable Coilovers and Loads of Options

The 2009 to 2013 F150s don't need that much lift to get an awesome look and fit on proper-size off-road tires, and you also don't need to break your bank to get awesome off-road performance while getting a complete suspension overhaul. Meet the BOSS Ultimate 0-3" coilover lift kit from Halo Lifts. This complete lift system comes with adjustable front coilovers that can raise your F150's front ride up by up to 3" as well as a pair of rear blocks in your choice of height that can add a up to a full inch of height to the rear of your truck to give your tough F150 build a great, even-keel look. The Halo Lifts' BOSS Ultimate 3" lift kit is rounded out by a pair of or rear performance shocks that can handle the extra bit of lift while providing your aggressive truck with improved on and off-road performance. The Halo Lifts BOSS Ultimate Kit is a performance bargain that gives you and your truck everything you need to squeeze on those bigger tires while getting you the response, travel, and fade reduction you need to run those trails.

Awesome Coilovers with up to 3" of Ride Height Adjustment

This kit is built around a pair of Halo Lifts' awesome BOSS 0-3" adjustable coilovers. These powerful performance coilovers feature large 2" shock steel bodies with a monotube internal design that provide improved fade and suspension response. The powerful shock is paired up with a 700lb-in Eibach coilover spring mounted in CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum spring mounts. The lower mount rides on threads built into the shock body and a simple twist of its adjustment collar allows you to raise the coilovers' ride height up to 3" higher over stock. Out of the box, the coilovers are preset to around 2-3/4" of extra lift, giving your F150 a great look right away. The coilover has a CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum upper mount that bolts right in place of your stock strut assembly and comes with new stainless steel hardware. The lower mount includes a spherical bearing that resists deflection in even the most extreme applications. The Eibach coilover spring comes standard with a silver powder coat finish, but both red and black powder coat finish options are available from our drop-down menu above.

Performance Rear Shocks with Some Extra Travel

Just like the coilovers, the rear shocks that Halo Lifts includes in this package are high-performing and can handle the extra bit of lift provided from the rear blocks. The shocks have 2" diameter steel bodies that are much more effective at dissipating heat than the stock shocks. Each shock features a monotube internal design with a 5/8" diameter hardened steel piston and rod that makes it incredibly durable and reliable. Both their upper and lower mounts feature OEM-style high-durometer bushings that make for a quiet ride while keeping overall deflection low. These shocks easily drop right in place of your truck's factory shocks and even come with black boots for some extra protection.

Rear Blocks in Choice of Size

Giving the rear of your F150 some extra lift to level it out with the coilover's front 3" ride height is a pair of strong, durable replacement rear blocks in your choice of height. Each block is CNC machined out of 6061-T6 billet aluminum which resists corrosion while being just as strong as cast iron block kits. The rear blocks are available in 2", 2.25", or 2.50" sizes so that you can pick the exact stance that you need for your awesome F150 build. The blocks come standard with a natural silver satin finish, which can be upgraded to a black powder coat finish in our drop-down menu above. Halo Lifts includes 1/2" diameter, fully threaded, grade 8 U-bolts and hardware for the rear block installation.

2012 f150
Outstanding performance on and off road. Truck doesn't sway during cornering and takes mountain trails well at speed. I havent tried any real crawling yet but bumps and ruts are softened greatly over the stock suspension. Stage 3 also has fast and responsive service. Would reccomend both the kit and stage 3 motorsports

2012 F150 Crew FX4
Appearance: The red coilovers and red boots on the shocks really add a great look to my F150. I got 2.5" blocks for the rear and my truck ended up level after coilover and blocks install, I previously had about a 2" rake between the front and back. Performance: I use my truck mainly on-road, so I wanted a little bit of lift without sacrificing ride comfort too much, this kit was perfect for me. The ride is stiffer, but just as comfortable as the stock ride, which I was happy with. I have experienced some slight axle wrap after the install, but that seems to be common with any kind of lift. Install: The install was straightforward but I ran in to some issues. The big front lower shock bolts really take some power to remove, they are torqued to 350 ft. lbs. Once I got the right impact gun, they came right off. I ended up having to replace both stock upper control arms, but only because I couldn't get the nut off the ball joint, I ended up having to cut the bolt out on the drivers side, and replaced both just to be sure. I decided not to remove the lower control arms to make it easier to install the coilovers, so there was a lot of prying and positioning to get the lower control arm low enough to fit the new coilovers in, after they were in place, everything was easy to bolt up. All in all, the front took me about 4 hours with all of the issues that I had. The rear was easy, and took me about an hour to do, working at a pretty slow pace. Note: All the nuts I took off had nylon inserts to keep them from backing out. These should not be reinstalled after removal. You could use red loctite when re-installing, but I ended up ordering replacement nuts AND using red loctite. Overall very happy, and it was well worth the time put in to the install.

2011 F-150 Lariate
This is a great suspension lift. I went three inches in front and extra 1 1/2" in rear. I also installed the Icon UCA's and rear wheel well liners. I am still running factory 18" wheels with 33"s. I did install 3/16" wheel spacers because of factory wheels. After a quick alignment truck was ready to test out. I handles 10x's better and the ride is actually better also. My Lariate only had 40,000 when I changed suspension and it is like night and day. The factory rear shocks were already shot. I would highly recommend this setup to anyone. Install with a buddy helping was only 4hrs. Truck sits so nice and looks even better! Make sure to turn headlights down a little also....

Install time was probably longer then needed. Canadian truck with rust on some stuff. So minor pain in backside. Street ride about after 200 miles is firm but not a tank. Having to run 55psi in tires for tps lights no fun for a decent ride either. 100 miles off road was pleasant. Didn’t air down and rode around a while. Loved the extra ride height. Spots I previously slide over I could roll over. The coilovers did come set pretty even out of the box 1/2” off nothing to crazy. I will say I hate the tool. I’ve had coilovers before and be far the worst tool I’ve even used.
