Complete 3" lift System with Adjustable Coilovers and Loads of Options

The 2014 to 2018 F150s don't need that much lift to get an awesome look and fit on proper-size off-road tires, and you also don't need to break your bank to get awesome off-road performance while getting a complete suspension overhaul. Meet the BOSS Ultimate 0-3" coilover lift kit from Halo Lifts. This complete lift system comes with adjustable front coilovers that can raise your F150's front ride up by up to 3" as well as a pair of rear blocks in your choice of height that can add a up to a full inch of height to the rear of your truck to give your tough F150 build a great, even-keel look. The Halo Lifts' BOSS Ultimate 3" lift kit is rounded out by a pair of or rear performance shocks that can handle the extra bit of lift while providing your aggressive truck with improved on and off-road performance. The Halo Lifts BOSS Ultimate Kit is a performance bargain that gives you and your truck everything you need to squeeze on those bigger tires while getting you the response, travel, and fade reduction you need to run those trails.

Awesome Coilovers with up to 3" of Ride Height Adjustment

This kit is built around a pair of Halo Lifts' awesome BOSS 0-3" adjustable coilovers. These powerful performance coilovers feature large 2" shock steel bodies with a monotube internal design that provide improved fade and suspension response. The powerful shock is paired up with a 700lb-in Eibach coilover spring mounted in CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum spring mounts. The lower mount rides on threads built into the shock body and a simple twist of its adjustment collar allows you to raise the coilovers' ride height up to 3" higher over stock. Out of the box, the coilovers are preset to around 2-3/4" of extra lift, giving your F150 a great look right away. The coilover has a CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum upper mount that bolts right in place of your stock strut assembly and comes with new stainless steel hardware. The lower mount includes a spherical bearing that resists deflection in even the most extreme applications. The Eibach coilover spring comes standard with a silver powder coat finish, but both red and black powder coat finish options are available from our drop-down menu above.

Performance Rear Shocks with Some Extra Travel

Just like the coilovers, the rear shocks that Halo Lifts includes in this package are high-performing and can handle the extra bit of lift provided from the rear blocks. The shocks have 2" diameter steel bodies that are much more effective at dissipating heat than the stock shocks. Each shock features a monotube internal design with a 5/8" diameter hardened steel piston and rod that makes it incredibly durable and reliable. Both their upper and lower mounts feature OEM-style high-durometer bushings that make for a quiet ride while keeping overall deflection low. These shocks easily drop right in place of your truck's factory shocks and even come with black boots for some extra protection.

Rear Blocks in Choice of Size

Giving the rear of your F150 some extra lift to level it out with the coilover's front 3" ride height is a pair of strong, durable replacement rear blocks in your choice of height. Each block is CNC machined out of 6061-T6 billet aluminum which resists corrosion while being just as strong as cast iron block kits. The rear blocks are available in 2", 2.25", or 2.50" sizes so that you can pick the exact stance that you need for your awesome F150 build. The blocks come standard with a natural silver satin finish, which can be upgraded to a black powder coat finish in our drop-down menu above. Halo Lifts includes 1/2" diameter, fully threaded, grade 8 U-bolts and hardware for the rear block installation.

2015 Ford F150 Lariat Sport FX4 5.0 (Supercab)
I had the coilovers preset to 2.5" and decided to go with the 2.5" rear blocks, as I am a fan of the look and functionality of rake. After the install, my truck still retains 1.5" of rake and I can put up to about 500 pounds in the bed with it still sitting just above level. In terms of an off-road-performance comparison to the stock FX4 "offroad" coilovers, this kit is well worth the investment! I personally feel that the stock FX4 "offroad" coilovers are too soft - in the past, I have bottomed out the front of the truck a few times on semi-aggressive dirt trails. With the new Halo kit, I can take the dips and bumps at the same pace as I did before without the fear of bottoming out. In regards to the rear shocks, I only seem to notice a nominal difference in stiffness between the stock FX4 and the Halo rear shocks - I am pleased with their performance thus far. In my opinion, the quality of Halo's product rivals that of FOX and ICON. Also, I do like how Halo gives you color/finish options for the coilovers and rear shocks to help set your truck apart from the crowd! The two components of this kit that I am most impressed by are steering response and ride quality. Obtaining more responsive steering typically means you have to sacrifice ride quality (due to increased suspension stiffness); however, this is not the case with the Halo kit. My steering is tighter and slightly more responsive with my ride quality still retaining an impressive amount of comfort, especially on long trips. In conclusion, I strongly recommend this product!

The boss kit was a great addition to my 2017 F-150. I combined them with Fuel wheels and BFG's. I am very pleased with the boss lift and would recommend it to others.

Lucky me had a friend with a lift.Took under 2 hours to install with 3 people. I installed rancho quick lift on my last truck and this blows it out of the water. With the shocks set from the factory and 2.5 inch block in rear the Truck has about 1/2 inches rake from back to front. Back being higher. Next step is to add wheel spacer because it does suck up the wheels in front. Awesome ride quality a little stiffer than stock but we'll worth it. Looks great.

2014 F-150 FX4
Install time was a little longer then expected because of uninstalling the old coil overs as the shocks in the factory set up had seized fully extended so that was a lot of fun and my uca's were shot so those got replaced to. That being said the install front and back took about 4 hours but mind you I am no professional and this was done in a garage on Jack stands. Since getting the installed they have been amazing. Couldn't ask for a better ride, handling or stance and they make the truck look like a million bucks. Even with 35 TOYO mt's crammed in there I have zero rub. Would highly recommend these to anyone wanting a semi custom ride and look. Factory 2.75 set front and 2.5 blocks in back. Just enough of a rake to still tow no problem.
