Complete 6" Lift Kit with High-Quality Parts that Won't Break your Bank
Our friends over at Zone Off-Road have long offered a perfect balance of quality and price for all their suspension lift kits, and they've now brought all their expertise to bear on the 2017-2018 F150s with 4WD with this awesome, complete 6" Suspension Lift Kit. Zone's 2017-2018 F150 6" Lift Kit comes with everything you need to give your powerful and mighty 2017-2018 F150 a hyper-aggressive new stance while giving it the clearance to properly fit on 35x12.50" tires without trimming and up to 37" tires with minor amounts of trimming when using wheels with a maximum of 5" to 5.50" of backspace. Each Zone 6" Suspension Lift Kit comes with a full set of front and rear lift components that are built extremely tough to handle just about any application or terrain that you can throw at your F150.
Front Spacer Lift Kit with Extremely Strong Crossmembers and Knuckles
Zone's 6" Lift Kit comes with heavy-duty and precisely welded front lift hardware that gets your F150's front end up in the air all while providing it extremely strong components that won't let you down. The actual lift of this kit is provided by a pair of strut spacers that install between your truck's factory front struts and their body mount. Zone throws in both a front and rear crossmember to correct your F150's LCA angles while ductile cast iron knuckles with lifted spindles correct your F150's upper control arm angles to near-stock specs. Also included are differential drop brackets that lower your F150's front differential to adjust your CV angles back into a proper range after raising your truck's ride height. The two crossmembers are bridged by a 1/4" thick steel skid plate that helps keep the differential protected from terrain and debris. The front lift components are rounded out by new cam bolts and sway bar drop brackets to complete your install and make alignment that much easier.
5" Rear Blocks with your choice of Zone 6" Lifted Shocks
The rear lift of Zone's kit is accomplished through the use of larger rear blocks, U-bolts, and rear shocks that all work together to increase height without overly compromising ride quality. Each rear block is 5" tall and is made from cast iron with a black e-coat finish. The blocks have integrated bump stops wings to help with alignment and installation. The blocks are paired up with much longer U-bolts and high-quality nuts that keep the blocks locked firmly to your truck's rear axle, even if you are running around with power-enhancing performance parts. The Zone kit comes with your choice of Zone's standard white-body Hyrdo Shocks, which can be upgraded at no additional cost to a pair of Zone's performance Nitro Shocks which feature a twin-tube design with 10-stage, velocity sensitive valving that make them function perfectly both on the road and off of it. An optional e-brake relocation bracket is also available, and is required if your 2017-2018 F150 is equipped with power steps.
Carrier Bearing Drop Bracket: Zone's carrier bearing drop bracket is required for F150s with a two-piece driveshaft.
Wheel fitment: factory 17" and 18" wheels will not fit with this lift kit, and a minimum of a 18x9" wheel with a maximum of 5.50" of backspace will be required. Factory 20" FX4 and Platinum wheels will fit, but will be limited to a maximum of a 305/60R20 tire. Test-fit all 18" wheels for tie-rod clearance.
Requires Cutting: this kit requires some cutting of your truck's subframe for proper installation. Zone provides detailed instructions.
Many of high-quality performance parts and accessories require freight shipping due to their size, bulk, or manufacturer's preferences. Freight shipping is only available to the Continental United States (AK, HI, Puerto Rico, etc. are not able to order items that ship via freight service). It takes roughly one to three days for Stage 3 to process a freight order and carefully prepare your order for transit. After our freight carrier picks up the product, a Stage 3 representative will email you tracking information for your order.
Once your shipment has arrived in your general area, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule the actual delivery. Most freight companies can only schedule for a particular day and not a specific time, because of their volume of deliveries.
After your order is delivered, it is extremely important to completely inspect your package and items for damage before signing the Bill of Lading while the delivery personnel are still there. You are solely responsible for thoroughly inspecting your items before signing any documentation. Carefully note any damage to your items or anything unusual on the Bill of Lading. Keep a copy of your papers and contact Stage 3 immediately if there is any damage or irregularities. Damage caused by transportation qualifies you for a refund and/or replacement only if any and all damage is properly documented on the Bill of Lading.
Please keep all of the item's original packaging for up to 30 days in case your product needs to be returned. All damage claims will need to be processed by our Returns Department and require clear photographs of the damage to your parts.
Some of our products are so large that they require the use of a lift gate or dock to effectively unload. Unfortunately, we can only offer free shipping to business addresses with those products. All orders that contain products that require a business address for free shipping will be checked, and if a residential address has been selected as the shipping address, that order will be held until we contact you to either change the address or elicit further payment for delivery to a residential address.
Contact Stage 3 Motorsports or check out our standard shipping policy if you have any additional questions or concerns.
