Full Set of Lightly-Valved Fox 2.0s that are Perfect for the Street
The 2005-2016 F250 and F350s aren't known for their smooth rides and on-road handling. The good news is that our friends over at Fox have come up with this Street Shock Package that will help you and your on-road Super Duty get improved rid quality without added harshness from Fox's more aggressive 2.0 Shocks. The Fox 2.0 street shocks feature lighter valving than the standard Fox 2.0s, which makes them more pliable over smaller bumps and dips in the pavement, while still offering perfectly acceptable performance off-road. Each Street Series Fox 2.0 Shock Package comes with both front and rear Fox 2.0 Street Shocks that drop right into place of your Super Duty's factory shocks without any hassles or need for permanent modifications. The front shocks are capable of handling 1.5" of leveling over stock, while the rears can handle up to 1" or rear lift, which lets you squeak out a bit more ride height from basic leveling kits and rear block kits, if need be.
2" Diameter Aluminum Shock Bodies with High-Strength Shafts, and Lighter Valving
The Fox 2.0 Performance Series Street Shocks feature a high-quality construction and performance-oriented design that helps give your Super Duty a big improvement in handling over the factory shocks. Each Fox 2.0 is built around a 2" diameter, all-aluminum shock body that holds a larger amount of oil than stock which helps to improve damping. The aluminum bodies of the shocks help radiate heat more effective than steel-body shocks which promotes better fade resistance during intense articulation. The Fox 2.0s have a gas-charged, monotube internal design with a 5/8" heat-treated and chrome plated steel alloy shaft, high-flow piston, and valving designed specifically to provide a smooth street ride. The front shocks use a billet lower bushing mount, while the rears use an upper and lower billet bushing mount for their eyelets. All the bushings use a nitrile rubber construction to generate less noise and smoother ride than spherical bearings or polyurethane bushings. The shocks drop right into place of the factory shocks without drilling and come backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
