Free Shipping on Orders Over $70 from Stage 3 Motorsports!

As most of you are aware, we here at Stage 3 Motorsports offer free shipping on orders over $70 through UPS Ground and UPS Freight on all of our orders to the lower 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico not included). Throwing a shipping fee on top of your favorite performance and accessories isn't great, and we avoid charging shipping as much as possible.  Still, there are a few things you should know about our Free Shipping Policy here at Stage 3:

TURNAROUND TIME

Most orders containing items listed as “In Stock” will ship the same day if placed on a weekday before 12PM PST / 3PM EST. Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. Items listed as “On Order” or “Out of Stock” typically ship by the estimated ship date listed on the product page. These estimated dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change periodically. Our customer service representatives monitor backorders daily to ensure your order ships as soon as possible.

TRANSIT TIMES

The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected.

• Expedited shipping is guaranteed on 'In Stock' products only.
• Shipping cutoff Times for Expedited and Regular shipments are 11AM PST / 2PM EST.
• Drop Ships and Backordered items will ship out as soon as they become available.

When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they refer to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except for holidays observed by the selected parcel carrier. For specific delivery estimates, you can usually find detailed information on the carrier’s website, or you can also contact one of our customer service representatives for specific details. As a general rule, UPS transit times are as follows:

• UPS Next Day Air - Delivered within 1 Business Day
• UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivered within 2 Business Days
• UPS 3-Day Service - Delivered within 3 Business Days
• UPS Ground - Delivered within 3-5 Business Days

If you provide an apartment address as your ship to destination, this is at your own risk. Stage 3 will not be liable for loss or theft.

Expedited Shipping:

Need your parts and accessories faster? Give us a call! We're more than happy to get your stuff on its way in a hurry, whether it's by air, 2-Day, or 1-Day shipping. We can't, however, offer expedited shipping for free. You must call us directly at 623-434-5277 if you need expedited shipping on your order.

OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS

If an order is placed for a product that is labeled "On Order" , "Call for Availability" , or "Out of Stock" , we will keep your order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Stage 3 reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner. Orders are normally only split automatically if both orders qualify for free shipping. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out of stock item, please notify our sales department Prior to placing your Order and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if both shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

BILLING / SHIPPING ADDRESSES

If you wish to have your item(s) shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be aware that your order will require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays. We recommend allowing extra time for order fulfillment when shipping to an alternate address. If you have any questions about your order verification, please feel free to contact our sales department.

• Stage 3 DOES NOT ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO Address.

DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT

If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify our customer service department immediately at [email protected]. Please include photos of the packaging as well as pictures of the damaged part(s). Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Stage 3 is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.

• If you provide an apartment, multi-unit housing complex or townhome address as your ship to destination, this is at your own risk. Stage 3 will not be liable for any package(s) not received.
• All damaged or missing parts must be reported to Stage 3 customer service within 5 Business days of delivery.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Stage 3 Motorsports offers shipping insurance for all orders. Insurance cost an additional 3% over the price of your order. Insurance is easily selected at checkout.

• Insurance only protects you for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• To begin your claim in case of a lost, stolen, or damaged item, please email us at [email protected]. Please include your original Stage 3 order number in the subject line.
• Customer Service team must be notified within 5 days of delivery date.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for claim consideration.
• If your claim is approved, please allow up to 1-3 business days for your replacement part to be re-shipped.
• No refunds will be issued for approved claims, customer will receive replacement parts.
• Shipping Insurance does not cover delayed shipping.
• Replacement orders placed on approved claims are not eligible for return and/or credit.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Tracking numbers will typically be emailed once an order has been processed and shipped. However, in some events an item is not "In Stock" , Stage 3 may choose to have it shipped directly from the manufacturer so that it can be delivered to you as quickly as possible. In this event, a tracking number will not be provided but if one is needed, contact [email protected] and we would be more than happy to obtain one on request.

CONDITIONS OF USE

By visiting or purchasing from Stage 3, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions, including those set forth on this page. Any revisions to our Shipping Policies will be posted on this page and any other page we deem necessary to inform our users of any changes made. We reserve the right to modify our Shipping Policies at any time. If you chose to use a different freight company, we will not honor any warranties or damages caused thereby. Your continued use of the Site following any policy revisions constitutes your acceptance of and agreement with the changes made.
