The stock brake pads and blank rotors on your F150 and Raptor are "good enough," if your truck just tends to go back and forth to work with you. Even then they can still struggle to bring your heavy F150 to a short, quick stop. Power Stop's complete F150 and Raptor brake package comes with everything you need to ditch your stock brake pads and rotors forever and get improved bite and stopping power with less fade, wear, NVH, and brake dust all in one convenient kit. Power Stop's package includes a full set of four of their 6-lug drilled and slotted brake rotors and their awesome Z16 ceramic brake pads which work together to greatly improve braking function over stock. All of the F150 brake parts included in this kit fit your stock brake calipers and are easy, bolt-on performance upgrades for your truck.
Drilled and Slotted Rotors for Reduced Heat
Power Stop builds each of the rotors included in this package out of heavy-duty cast iron and adds a zinc chromate finish for a great look and extra resistance to corrosion. Each rotor is built with internal directional vanes and a cross-drilled and slotted surface. The drilled holes lead directly down into the vanes which more effectively dissipates heat from the rotor's surface than standard factory blank rotors. The slots machined into the face of each rotor help improve stopping power and consistency by brushing brake dust and debris away from the pad's contact surface. The rotors can reduce brake system temperatures by up to 180 degrees which means greatly reduced fade, especially when towing and hauling.
Ceramic Pads for Better Stopping and Less Wear
Further improving brake functionality is a full set of Power Stop Z16 ceramic brake pads for both the front and rear of your truck. Each pad features a unique carbon-ceramic friction compound that improves stopping power by up to 20% over standard factory semi-metallic pads, all while reducing noise, rotor wear, and brake dust. Each pad is manufactured using a positive-molding process that creates an even amount of friction material over the entire pad for even wear. The pads are all thermal-scorched during production for a quick break-in and reliable operation out of the box. These pads are drop-in replacements for your stock pads and are effective upgrades for just about any application. Fitment:

For 2015 F150s with Manual Parking Brakes only: this brake kit will only fit 2015 F150s with manual parking brakes, and will not fit F150s with electronic parking brakes. Please ensure your F150 has a manual parking brake before ordering. A version for F150s with an electronic parking brake is under development.

Power Stop Extreme Bedding Note: The break in procedure is critical to brake performance. The reason for a proper break in is to establish an even layer of friction material deposited on the rotors from the brake pads. It is very important that this initial layer of friction material is evenly distributed. Break in the pads as follows: 5 moderate to aggressive stops from 40 mph down to 10 mph in rapid succession without letting the brakes cool and do not come to a complete stop. Then do 5 moderate stops from 35 mph to 5 mph in rapid succession without letting the brakes cool. You should expect to smell some resin as the brakes get hot. After this is complete, drive around for as long as possible without excessively heating the brakes and without coming to a complete stop (Try for about 5 minutes at moderate speed). This is the cooling stage. It allows the heated resin in the brake pads to cool and cure. After the brakes have cooled to standard operating temperature, you may use the brakes normally.
