After a robust seven-year production life, the third generation Ford Focus is taking its bow to make way for the redesigned 2019 fourth generation Focus. While the hatchback has already been exposed, this is the first time we've laid eyes on the sedan version. As expected, several design elements from the five-door hatch have made their way over to the sedan like the headlights, taillights and wider platform. Read on for details and pictures.
Bushwacker Fender Flares are one of the best ways to take your F150 or Super Duty to that next level of rugged looks and there's never been a better time to grab a set than this November & December. Our friends over at Bushwacker are offering a 2015 year-end promotion that qualifies you for a $50 pre-paid American Express card when you purchase a set of 4 of their Black Fender Flares.
Our friends over at Air Lift are making it incredibly tempting to pick up one of their air spring kits and/or on-board air compressors for your tough F150, Super Duty or RV this Summer. Their newest promotion is going to be pretty hard to pass up on as they're now offering up to $100 back in mail-in rebates if you pick up one of their qualifying air spring kits and/or a qualifying complete Air Lift on-board air compressor system now until 10/31/2015. Air Lift's "$50 + $50 Summer Mail-In Rebate Offer" covers some of their most popular models in order to give your F150 or Super Duty the best advantage when you're towing your boat or jet skis to the lake this Summer or hauling heavy loads for work and, fortunately, we here at Stage 3 Motorsports have you covered with their entire line-up of awesome air springs and on-board air compressors that are ready to be shipped out to you in time to meet the deadline for this promotion.
Air Lift Performance was all over the 2015 Mustangs, and they had an Air Lift kit out and ready to go for the new S550 2015 Mustang lineup before we could blink. That being said, there weren't a ton of pictures of the system actually installed on a 2015 Pony – at least until MRT brought their TKO EcoBoost Mustang to SEMA. MRT managed to get their hands on the first of what is bound to be many Air Lift Air Ride Suspension Systems for the 2015 Mustangs for their SEMA car, and put it to fantastic use. The aggressive body style and angular lines of the 2015 Mustangs look absolutely stunning when dumped straight to the ground, and we here at Stage 3 are already salivating at the thought of throwing a 2015 Mustang Air Lift Air Ride System on our very own 2015 "EcoStang" project car when it arrives.
While the 3.5L EcoBoost V6 made its triumphant return as the premium engine option for the 2015 F150s, there were a lot of changes made to the truck, engine bay, and other components of the 2015 F150s that required many aftermarket components to be redesigned. The good news is that our friends over at aFe Power are on the ball, and have recently announced a ton of new 2015 F150 3.5L EcoBoost performance parts that will get your truck more power, a great sound, and a whole new look so that you can start your custom 2015 F150 build off on the right foot. aFe now has 2015 F150 3.5L EcoBoost cold air intakes, cat-back exhaust kits, intercooler system upgrades, downpipes and other parts that can help turn your 3.5L EcoBoost 2015 F150 into one of the meanest things on or off the road.
We know we teased the ProCharger supercharger systems for the 5.0L V8 F150s way back in November, and a ravenous horde of truck owners have been chomping at the bit to get at even the slightest scraps of information that we could get on these awesome supercharger systems. Well, the day has finally come and the final details of ProCharger's F150 5.0L centrifugal supercharger systems are finally in our hands, and the news is even better than what we originally announced. ProCharger now offers a High Output Intercooled kit and a Stage 2 Intercooled kit for the 5.0L truck, bot of which are available as complete systems or tuner kits for your convenience. The High Output Complete Kit gives your 5.0L Coyote V8 a total of 530hp crankshaft horsepower, while the Stage 2 Complete kit brings total crank horsepower up to 590hp. These kits give your F150 a power output that's equivalent to nearly any other roots-style blower on the market at a much lower price with an easier install than just about any other forced-induction system available for the 5.0L F150s.
A few months ago, we here at Stage 3 and the folks over at 5-Star tuning came up with a light-weight version of our classic Loyalty Tunes program that offered free retunes for six months with the purchase of a 5-Star custom tune or package. That program spent the off season bulking up and getting crazy and both ourselves here at Stage 3 Motorsports and the good people over at 5-Star tuning are pleased to announce that we are now offering a full-blown Lifetime Tunes program for the F150s where you can get free retunes for life on your powerful 2004 to 2014 F150 on 5-Star custom tunes and parts purchased from Stage 3. So, if you want to custom tune your bone stock truck, but don't want to pay for a retune when you throw on a bunch of parts down the line, a Stage 3 tuner or tuning package with 5-Star's custom tunes is now your best bet on the market.
Ford has officially unveiled the completely redesigned 2015 Mustang, and handed over some great, new info on what the sixth-generation Pony will be packing under its hood, in its suspension, and in its interior. The official images do the new Mustang much better justice than the leaked images from Autoweek, but the design is still stirring up controversy, especially fans of the more retro look of the 2005 to 2014 Mustangs. The new S550 body style is a big departure for the Mustangs, but the aggressive looks, revised suspension, lighter weight and new addition to the engine lineup may make this Mustang one of the best-handling and most nimble Ponies ever.
While our post title may contain a cutsie rhyme, we have some serious news the 2015 Mustang has been leaked in what is bound to be its final form! The leak comes from a post on the SVTPerformance.com forums, where a user got an early copy of Autoweek with all of the juicy details on the next-generation Mustang lineup. Aside from the heavily revised and updated styling, there's a new engine in the mix along with a few other interesting changes that may just make this Pony the best yet!
