High-Performance Stopping Power

Designed to the exact specifications of your GT500 Mustang, StopTech's High-Carbon Drilled Rear Rotors are a high-performance replacement for your stock 13.77" OEM rotors. With much better performance than your factory rotors, you'll notice a huge improvement as these replacement upgrades were drilled to provide performance stopping power for your Shelby in an inexpensive, easy-to-install kit. Being that these rotors are drilled and slotted, each disc will quickly expunge hot gases and debris in a much more efficient manner than stock which provides for more predictable and smoother braking when you need it most. Compared to a solid-surface rotor, this StopTech High-Carbon Rear Rotor Kit doesn't allow gases released by the brake pad to create a cushion between the pad and brake rotor.

Provides Substantial Braking Performance At An Exceptional Value

Each of the rear rotors are drilled with holes with precise CNC-machining that leads down into their vane network. The intricate drilling greatly reduces heat across the surface of the rotor, keeping it up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit cooler than your stock blanks. The design of each rotor helps clear away brake dust, gasses, and other debris from your pads to give you more bite and consistent braking performance. The hat area on each rotor features a special black, anti-corrosion coating that protects the cooling vanes and mounting surface from rusting prematurely. The rotors have a zinc dichromate finish that is also corrosion resistant and has a nice silver color that looks great behind a set of Mustang aftermarket wheels.
