The lights on our 2006 F250 were beginning to look dated in comparison to the more modern vehicles on the road so we outfitted our Super Duty with a full set of Recon LED lights. We replaced just about every visible light on the truck starting with the headlights. All the new components feature a dark smoked appearance which gave our F250 the mean presence we were trying for.
To kick off our lighting upgrades we installed a set of Recon Smoked Projector Headlights. his pair of headlights comes with a blacked out housing, a low beam projector, unique LED strip, and "Angel Eye" LED halos around the headlight's lenses that give the truck a much more sporty look. The stock taillights just don't suit our refined tastes, and our efforts to de-chrome our truck continue onward. We ditched the factory taillights for a set of Recon Smoked Red LED Taillights. These taillights are easy, drop-in replacements for stock, and feature a dark red smoked lens and extremely bright LEDs that really help change up the look of our truck. The stock mirrors of our 2006 F250 weren't much to look at, and only came with bland amber reflectors with incandescent lights on their edges, rather than anything useful or good looking. To get that solved, we grabbed ourselves a set of Recon Smoked LED Mirror Markers. Rounding out all of our F250 lighting modifications is the Recon Smoked LED 3rd Brake Light. Recon's third brake light simply pops right into place of the stock housing making it a great replacement for a broken unit or just a really nice visual update!
